Crucial Considerations & Care

1. Glue is Mandatory: You must apply glue (solid stick or liquid) before printing any material on this plate. Liquid glue provides better first-layer stability, while solid glue makes part removal easier. We highly recommend using official Bambu Lab glue.
2. Let it Cool: Always wait a few minutes for the plate to cool down before removing prints. This prevents damage to the coating and extends the life of the plate.
3. Cleaning: Clean regularly with warm water and dish soap to remove grease and dust. Never use Acetone, as it will permanently destroy the surface coating.
4. Wiping Area Wear: The nozzle wiping area will naturally wear down over time. This is completely normal and does not affect print quality or nozzle lifespan.
5. Consumable Part: The Engineering Plate is a consumable item that will degrade with use. Warranty covers manufacturing defects upon arrival, not cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) from normal use.
