Improve your Polaris Pro R's off-road performance with our robust Toe Link Rods. Designed for improved control and handling, these precision-engineered rods are built tough for extreme terrains. Featuring enhanced articulation and optimized geometry, they provide increased stability and traction. Crafted from corrosion-resistant materials, they ensure long-lasting durability. These Toe Link Rods are easy to install as OEM replacements, offering a reliable solution to fine-tune your vehicle's suspension. Say goodbye to alignment issues and erratic handling – our Toe Link Rods are here to conquer the toughest trails alongside your Pro R.

The factory Pro R toe links come with two major issues. Firstly, the adjuster assembly frequently loosens, causing alignment problems. Secondly, the thin material of the toe link cannot handle the forces experienced during rough terrain, resulting in deflection inside the trailing arm. This inconsistency affects feedback and handling. We set out to resolve these issues.

Our solution involves a spindle-side clevis made from 1/4" Grade 50 steel with an internal gusset to eliminate deflection. The eccentric bolt and slot in the clevis are replaced with a conventional round hole. On the frame side, we introduce our proprietary single-point adjuster without jam nuts. This adjuster comprises a 3/4" LH JMX12T rod end and two machined pieces. The adjuster collar is constructed from heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel with a 1" OD right-hand thread and 3/4" ID left-hand thread, featuring multiple slots. The body housing the adjuster has a 1" ID thread and a slot, secured by (2) 5/16" grade 9 bolts. To adjust the link, loosen the (2) 5/16" bolts and use a 1-1/4" wrench to turn the adjuster collar. The adjuster collar and joint thread and unthread simultaneously, offering easy adjustments with 3/4" of total adjustment in overall length, double the factory allowance. Torque the (2) 5/16" bolts to 25 ft-lbs to secure the link in place.

To address deflection, we use 1.25" .1875" wall 4130 chromoly tubing, which significantly reduces deflection over the length of the link. This tubing provides peace of mind in case the front portion of the toe link encounters rocks.

Our Toe Link Rods are proven at KOH and backed by our lifetime warranty.

NOTE - If you plan to order this part bare for powder coating, avoid sandblasting or powder coating the threads inside the adjuster assembly. These parts have tight tolerances, and improper fitment due to sandblasting or powder coating will not be covered by warranty.

Pattern Name: Squeaky Toy
my dog pulled the strap off in under 10 minutes. The leather is not sturdy and my dog was able to tear it to pieces in 20 minutes

Ok but not Leather
Pattern Name: Tug Rag
I will say it's fairly durable but when the description uses the word leather..one would expect LEATHER, not microfiber. That said..it is thick and pretty durable and the dog does like it ok. Obviously the strap is NOT meant for chewing. This is not a throw it on the ground and let ur dog have it sort of a toy. It's an interactive toy. If left to the dog most would scissor the strap off in the first 10 minutes. Something to keep in mind. In summation..an ok interactive toy but over priced for the material.

My dogs favorite toy
The tail lasted about 1 minute, but otherwise it has held up pretty good from my super chewer dog, and he treasures it like a prize. I'll need to get a replacement one as its not indestructible, but overall I'm happy with it.

Not as tough as the salmon.
We have the salmon from the same manufacturer and it has endured as few other dog toys have. Unfortunately, the squirrel lasted only two days before developing a ripped seam and began loosing stuffing. Maybe a defective toy based on other reviews.
