New York Times Bestseller - Finalist for the 2018 National Book Critics Circle Award in Nonfiction - A New York Times Notable Book - Bloomberg Best Book of 2018 - One of Bill Gates's Top Five Books of All Time "Their distinctive contribution to the higher-education debate is to meet safetyism on its own, psychological turf . . . Lukianoff and Haidt tell us that safetyism undermines the freedom of inquiry and speech that are indispensable to universities." --Jonathan Marks, Commentary "The remedies the book outlines should be considered on college campuses, among parents of current and future students, and by anyone longing for a more sane society." --Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Something has been going wrong on many college campuses in the last few years. Speakers are shouted down. Students and professors say they are walking on eggshells and are afraid to speak honestly. Rates of anxiety, depression, and suicide are rising--on campus as well as nationally. How did this happen? First Amendment expert Greg Lukianoff and social psychologist Jonathan Haidt, author of The Anxious Generation, show how the new problems on campus have their origins in three terrible ideas that have become increasingly woven into American childhood and education: What doesn't kill you makes you weaker; always trust your feelings; and life is a battle between good people and evil people. These three Great Untruths contradict basic psychological principles about well-being and ancient wisdom from many cultures. Embracing these untruths--and the resulting culture of safetyism--interferes with young people's social, emotional, and intellectual development. It makes it harder for them to become autonomous adults who are able to navigate the bumpy road of life. Lukianoff and Haidt investigate the many social trends that have intersected to promote the spread of these untruths. They explore changes in childhood such as the rise of fearful parenting, the decline of unsupervised, child-directed play, and the new world of social media that has engulfed teenagers in the last decade. They examine changes on campus, including the corporatization of universities and the emergence of new ideas about identity and justice. They situate the conflicts on campus within the context of America's rapidly rising political polarization and dysfunction. This is a book for anyone who is confused by what is happening on college campuses today, or has children, or is concerned about the growing inability of Americans to live, work, and cooperate across party lines.Shipping Notes

What's small and powerful and full of protein?
Flavor Name: Chocolate, Size: 11 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)
This is better than expected - filling - chocolate-milkish taste - lots of protein - only o few calories - good for
times you want to eat less but still have energy - It is a good product to have on hand - it is filling - this
is not exciting but rather useful in a busy life -when you don't want to cook, before a medical procedure
or any situation where less is more. The taste is good enough - best ice cold - I would recommend this
product.

Good taste, No sugar, Low Carb, High Protein
Flavor Name: Chocolate, Size: 11 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)
Highly recommended, no sugar, low carb, high protein.
This exceeded my expectations. It tastes good chilled, much better than other forms of protein supplements.
I have never had a ready mixed protein shake, so I was hesitant about buying it.
Protein powder always tasted too strong & not good after taste.
Although there are some Ok Protein bars, they do mostly have undesirable taste & not good after taste.

Flavor Name: Chocolate, Size: 11 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)
Love these drinks 30 grams of protein can’t go wrong. They taste is good the texture is not an issue. I blend mine with ice you can even put coffee in it and that is amazing.
It is like a choc cappuccino.
I feel better when I drink one in the morning.

A small drink of chocolate packs a large amount of protein
Flavor Name: Chocolate, Size: 11 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)
These drinks are very convenient. I can take them with me if I’m running behind or I can just drink them here at home. The taste isn’t bad, I can handle it, but it’s not like drinking a glass of chocolate milk. The texture is quite smooth as it is already mixed up for you and it is always the same. I have never had a batch that is not been the same taste. I like that I can drink a small bit of chocolate and gain 30 g of protein.

Drink one every day over ice! Great taste!
Flavor Name: Chocolate, Size: 11 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)
I’ve been getting Premier Protein Shake on auto delivery for a while now, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for convenience and consistency. Each shake packs 30g of protein with only 1g of sugar, which makes it perfect for busy mornings or a quick post-workout boost without the guilt.
The auto delivery is a game changer—no more running out or last-minute store trips. It just shows up right when I need it, and I can easily adjust or skip deliveries if needed. 📦
Taste-wise, the shakes are smooth and actually enjoyable (not chalky like some others). I’ve tried a few flavors and haven’t been disappointed yet.
If you’re looking for a reliable, grab-and-go protein option with zero hassle, this subscription is 100% worth it! 💪
