With 5 dedicated training days a week, you'll be on your way to the body you've always wanted. And don't worry if you can't commit to that much training, you can add the extra days onto the end.

You will be given private access to my fitness app so you can track your lifts when training, see demonstrations of each exercise. You can track your meals through the app and if you need any help at any point you can message me directly and watch your progress through the 6 weeks.
