It features a removable and adjustable thermostat that gives you complete control over the cooking temperature. The cool touch handles make this easier and safer to use and the anti slip feet means that it is safer still when in use.
This is a low wattage griddle so it draws less electric than a standard griddle. This means that is cheaper to run and far less likely to trip your site electric supply when used on any number of sites. Some sites only allow low wattage items so this is allowed on these sites whereas a standard Griddle would not.
The cooking area has both a flat and griddle area allowing two different styles of cooking on the one healthy griddle. Both feature a 2 layer non-stick coating which helps keep your food from sticking to the griddle when they are cooking. This helps make the griddle easier to clean. There is a grease drain lip on the side of the griddle to allow you to simply pour the grease and oil away when finished which makes it easier to maintain and clean. The griddle features a concealed element as well, which again makes it easier to clean as the element itself never needs cleaning.

Good quality, if you keep them oiled last a long time
If you keep these oiled and do not soak them, these boards last a long time. Good variety of sizes, durable (I use the larger 2 daily), and again, if you keep them oiled, easy to wipe down and haven't shown a sign of splitting. Durable as well. Would buy again.

Better than thin plastic boards
I used to use one of those thin/bendable plastic cutting boards, thinking it's easier to transfer food into pots/pans from the board, but they tend to get bent in time and they're simply too thin and I hated the feeling of my knife pretty much hitting the kitchen counter.
So, I decided to buy this set. I wanted to try a wooden board, but didn't want to spend too much in case I didn't like it, and this set had the perfect price tag and I liked the fact it came with 4 different sizes, so that I can see what size would actually be more useful.
I've been using it for 2 months now they're doing great (except one of them started splitting a bit and started showing some strange black dots on the side... possibly mold??? though I can't think of any reason why mold would grow on just one of them. Maybe it's related to the fact that it's the only one that's cracking. And this is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.)
Anyway, apart from that one, the rest are doing well and having 3 boards is plenty.
I like the juice groove to avoid spilling liquid on the board, as it happened so many time using the bendable plastic boards.
I'm handwashing them with dish soap. They seem to dry pretty fast, and so far no stains etc. on the surface. They're not super duper thick so even the largest one is not too difficult to handle.
I sometimes use them to serve some food like appetizers, snacks, pizzas and sandwiches, etc. too!

Updated review: spitting and splintering
UPDATE:
Originally, one of the boards arrived with a split in it, but I was still happy with them. After a few weeks of light use, hand washing and drying of the boards, I figured it was time to update this review and knock these down to 1 star.
The boards do not hold up very well. Cut marks are deep, and they are starting to splinter. Another of the boards has also developed a split.
Save your money and go with cutting boards from someone else.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I bought these cutting boards to cut down on microplastic exposure. This would be a 5 star review except that one of the boards arrived cracked (noticed while hand washing all of them before use). Despite the one cracked board, I did not return them, as I immediately started using the boards, was too busy to deal with it at the time, and the overall value was still there.
These boards are great, the value is excellent since you get several of different sizes. I like that all sizes have the moat for juices, because sometimes you are cutting one or two chicken breasts or one steak and don’t want to have to grab a big board.
I honestly am writing this review because I wouldn’t be surprised if the company sends me a replacement. If they do, I will update the review to reflect their customer service.
