DESCRIPTION
As part of the Submariner 50th anniversary celebration, Rolex released the 16610T (labeled as the 16610LV in international markets) and it soon became a favored timepiece amongst watch collectors that has further pushed its value on the market. The 16610T has a stainless-steel case that is 40mm in diameter with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a solid case back and a winding crown. It has a bright green ceramic bezel that rotates unidirectionally and where 16610T inherits its unique nickname. Unlike other Submariner pieces, it comes with a black, maxi dial that displays larger, luminous index hour markers with a date window at 3-o-clock. The 16610T is powered by the chronometer-certified, self-winding 3135 caliber which has date functionality and a power reserve of 48 hours. The case is paired with an oyster stainless-steel bracelet with an oyster lock clasp. It has a water resistance of 300 meters (1,000 feet).
