19-NorDHEA in three forms for a smooth prohormone boost

Blackstone Labs ABNORMAL isn't your everyday muscle builder or test booster. It's a 19-NorDHEA prohormone that's all about that nandrolone precursor vibe. That puts it in a league of its own compared to regular gym supps. The setup is simple: 50 mg of 19-NorDHEA blend per tablet, using different forms of the same core stuff. The label shows 19-NorAndrost-4-ene-3b-ol, 17-one, plus decanoate and enanthate esters. The idea is to give you a mix of quick and slower release.

Here's how it rolls: 19-NorDHEA acts as a precursor for nandrolone-like muscle-building effects. In real life, it helps ramp up your training, pack on muscle, and recover faster than non-hormone supps. You won't feel a buzz like from a stim pre-workout. No instant energy. What hits is gradual: better workouts week by week, more drive in the gym, fuller muscles, holding strength during tough sessions, and a harder look over time. That's what this is going for.

The main downside is the lack of breakdown. You get the total 50 mg blend, but not how much is base, decanoate, or enanthate. In this serious category, that stuff counts. Prop blends are old school in prohormones, but they're a bummer because you can't check the split or compare to what's normal. Some research says folks often run 2 t

BSL ABNORMAL by Blackstone Labs contains 50mg 19-NorDHEA Blend, a clinical dose for hormonal optimization.

Key Highlights

  • 50 mg 19-NorDHEA blend per tablet—this is the heart of it, not a bunch of random ingredients. It's laser-focused on one muscle-building path, so you know exactly what you're getting into and what gains it's chasing.
  • Three kinds of 19-nor—the mix has the base 19-NorAndrost-4-ene-3b-ol, 17-one plus decanoate and enanthate. It's built for a steady release, better than just one form.
  • All about that nandrolone precursor angle—19-NorDHEA is for building lean muscle, cranking strength, and bouncing back quicker. This isn't for chill wellness; it's for serious gym goals.
  • Pills make it easy—one tablet per serving is straightforward and portable, way better than old-school liquids or tons of caps. When sticking to it matters, this setup helps.
  • Smart add-ins for absorption—phosphatidylcholine and hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin help with this fat-loving ingredient. It shows they thought about how it gets into your system, not just listing stuff.
  • No stims here—forget the hype; this isn't about caffeine kicks. It's for long-term hormone support, not a quick workout buzz.
  • Straight-to-the-point formula—instead of throwing in weak pump or test boosters, ABNORMAL sticks to one anabolic path. For the right person, that's way better than a cluttered label.
  • Prop blend heads-up—it says 50 mg total, but hides the split between base, decanoate, and enanthate. In this game, that's a real drawback, and you should know it.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned bodybuilders in a muscle-building phase who want 19-NorDHEA over basic supps. The three-form blend helps with steady strength and size gains, not just a quick gym feel.
  • Strength guys with dialed nutrition, volume, and rest who need a muscle-boosting tool for their cycle. ABNORMAL suits those who know nandrolone precursors shine when basics are locked in.
  • Advanced lifters who dig pill dosing over liquids or cap piles. One-pill servings keep it simple, and that's huge when consistency is everything.
  • Folks chasing 19-nor for strength and dense muscles, not bloated bulk. The 19-NorAndrost-4-ene-3b-ol, 17-one line is made for that vibe.
  • Off-season competitors who handle strong supps and like a focused hormone setup over a messy list. It's targeted for those who pick 19-nor on purpose.
  • Guys who geek on label details and get why phosphatidylcholine and hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin help a fat-soluble active. Fits label readers who care about uptake.

How to Use

Follow the label exactly for ABNORMAL, with water and steady daily timing. Since it's a hormone pill, not a pre, when you take it matters less than doing it every day—though meals help some guys with tolerance. If you're new to this level, don't bump the dose; more isn't smarter here. No mixing needed, just swallow, but stay hydrated for the harder training and weight changes. Food can aid uptake for fat-soluble stuff, but stick to the brand's guide. Skip stacking with other prohormones, SERMs, or wild stuff unless planned out with endocrine know-how. Better matches are creatine, protein, fish oil, and organ supps. Cycle it properly with post-support—don't run it forever. Keep the bottle sealed in a cool, dry spot, away from heat and moisture.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: it's a pill, not a stim, so no big kickoff. Most guys just take it and get on with the day or workout. Next 1-6 hours: still no pump or buzz—that's not the deal with 19-NorDHEA. Days 1-7: things start subtle; look for tweaks in gym drive, muscle pump, and recovery. Weeks 2-3: that's when it often clicks, especially with good food, protein, and training. Weeks 3-4+: expect better strength pushes, harder muscles, and feeling like your workouts are really working. If your routine's a mess, this timeline won't shine—hormone supps boost solid habits best.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the main active ingredient in Blackstone Labs ABNORMAL?

The verified formula is built around a 19-NorDHEA blend totaling 50 mg per tablet. That blend includes 19-NorAndrost-4-ene-3b-ol, 17-one plus decanoate and enanthate forms, making this a dedicated 19-nor prohormone-style product rather than a general muscle builder.

Is ABNORMAL a stimulant product?

No verified stimulant active appears in the disclosed formula, and there is no listed caffeine content. This is a hormone-active tablet intended for cumulative performance and physique effects over time, not an immediate pre-workout energy hit.

How quickly do you feel ABNORMAL?

Most users do not feel an acute onset the way they would with caffeine or nitric oxide ingredients. The expected experience is progressive over days and weeks, with users typically watching for better recovery, fuller muscles, and improved strength carryover between sessions.

Why are there three forms of 19-NorDHEA in this formula?

The blend uses the base compound plus decanoate and enanthate forms to create a more layered release concept. The likely intention is to combine more immediate availability with slower-release esterified forms, though the exact amount of each is not disclosed.

Is the ABNORMAL label fully transparent?

No. The total 19-NorDHEA blend is disclosed at 50 mg, but the individual doses of the base, decanoate, and enanthate forms are hidden inside that proprietary blend. For a hormonal product, that is an important limitation to understand.

Can tested athletes use ABNORMAL?

No athlete subject to WADA, NCAA, or similar banned-substance rules should use this product. 19-NorDHEA is associated with prohibited anabolic pathways and can create direct sport-eligibility issues.

Should beginners use ABNORMAL as their first muscle-building supplement?

No. Beginners should exhaust lower-risk foundational options first, including adequate calories, progressive training, creatine monohydrate, protein intake, and sleep. ABNORMAL belongs to an advanced category with real endocrine considerations.

What should I stack with ABNORMAL?

The most logical stack is not another hormone product but foundational support: creatine monohydrate, a high-quality protein powder, fish oil, and a cycle-support or organ-support formula. Those pairings support training output, recovery, and general health without complicating the hormonal profile.

Can I take ABNORMAL before my workout?

You can, but it is not necessary for acute training effect because this is not a pre-workout. Daily consistency matters more than exact pre-training timing, and many users prefer taking it with food for comfort.

Why are phosphatidylcholine and hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin included?

Those ingredients are commonly used in advanced delivery systems for lipophilic compounds. In this context, they likely help with solubility, dispersion, or absorption handling around the 19-NorDHEA blend, which supports the product's delivery-focused design.

Works great! Buying more.
Size: 10 Outlet
Works great! Love the feature that allows you the ability to turn individual plugs off and on. The ability to run the chords through both ends for a clean look is a nice feature too. In the process of buying two more for the bedrooms.

Versatile, High-Quality Power Strip for Home Use
Size: 6 Outlet
Nice, Heavy-Duty Power Strip that can be used in many ways. I installed two of these strips in my garage and am pleased with the results. The individual switches for each plug is a plus if you need that amount of control. The strip mounted easily. The materials and quality appear to be excellent, telling me that the power strip will last many years.

Review of product 9-20-24
Size: 6 Outlet
Have yet to use the product however writing a placeholder reveiw for now. I spent nearly an hour or maybe more looking at sooooo many surge protector/power strips at least 100 on 8 different websites and let me tell you.. not sure on quality but OMG good luck on trying to find a high joules this one being 3300J that also has individual off and on switches and be heavy duty at this price point.. nothing to do with price point even they simply don't make them.. this is the legit only one.. the rest were low joules around 1200J did not have individual switches, or were not heavy duty. So If I wanted all of these things this was the product I had to choose from. That being said this does look like a decent quality item that will actually last me several years possibly my lifetime. I prefer to buy quality products that actually work as intended for a minimum of 10 years of quality service life regardless of what product I am buying. 10 years of quality service life is a reasonable standard for products that would potentially see daily use. the standard for those that might not know used to be 100 years of quality service which was most people's lifetime on all products regardless of what they were, however the whole. History lesson for those that don't know about manufacturing goods. Planned obsolescence is In economics and industrial design, planned obsolescence (also called built-in obsolescence or premature obsolescence) is the concept of policies planning or designing a product with an artificially limited useful life or a purposely frail design, so that it becomes obsolete after a certain predetermined period of time upon which it decrementally functions or suddenly ceases to function, or might be perceived as unfashionable. I like to call out products and companies that are not making quality goods and also causing world pollution, to further decrease from 100 years quality standard to 10 years and companies still have problems meeting my lowered standard of 10 years is insane to me that people let themself be used like this, and end up supporting these terribly manufactured goods. These low quality goods end up contributing to world pollution on a massive scale over the years.

Great for my workshop
Size: 10 Outlet
So I love these long strips. There's a few companies that make these but when I saw the individual power switches on this for each outlet, I thought this would be great for my workshop desk. Now I can know for sure that the power is off to a particular device and I don't have to go plugging in and unplugging to be safe. Just hit the switch. I also like that there are plenty of outlets so I don't have to unplug something just to plug something else in. I don't often use all the devices at the same time so this works out perfectly for me.

I need more of these
Size: 6FT, Style: 1 Pack
I recently picked up the HHSOET Rotating Mountable Power Strip to tame the chaos of cords in my home office, and I’ve got to say, it’s been a fantastic addition. With 12 outlets, a sleek black metal design, and a clever rotating feature, this thing delivers both function and style in spades. Right out of the box, the build quality impressed me. The all-metal construction feels rugged and durable—definitely a step above those flimsy plastic power strips I’ve used in the past. It’s got a solid heft to it, which gives me confidence it’ll hold up under daily use, whether I’m plugging in my laptop, monitors, or a slew of chargers. The black finish adds a stylish touch, blending seamlessly with my setup instead of sticking out like an eyesore. The standout feature for me is the 360-degree rotating design. I mounted it under my desk using the included screws (super easy install, by the way), and being able to swivel the outlets to the perfect angle made cable management a breeze. Whether I needed the plugs facing forward for easy access or tucked back to keep things tidy, this power strip adapted effortlessly. It’s such a smart touch for a versatile setup—great for everything from a gaming rig to a workshop bench. With 12 outlets, I’ve got more than enough space for all my gear. The spacing isn’t super wide, so bulky adapters might block neighboring slots, but I managed to fit my essentials without too much hassle. The 6-foot power cord is a nice length—long enough to reach my wall outlet without needing an extension, but not so long that it’s a tangled mess. Plus, the built-in 1200-joule surge protector gives me peace of mind, knowing my pricey electronics are safe from power spikes. The on/off switch is another handy perk. It’s got a satisfying click and a light to show when it’s powered, making it easy to cut power to everything at once without unplugging a single cord. I’ve found it especially useful for saving energy when I’m done for the day. There are a couple of small quirks. The outlets are a bit close together, so if you’ve got a lot of oversized plugs, you might not use all 12 spots. Also, while the metal body looks great, it’s a fingerprint magnet—nothing a quick wipe won’t fix, though. Mounting was straightforward, but I’d recommend double-checking your surface; the included screws worked fine on wood, but drywall might need anchors. All in all, the HHSOET Rotating Mountable Power Strip is a sturdy, stylish, and versatile solution for anyone juggling multiple devices. It’s transformed my cluttered desk into a clean, organized workspace. If you’re looking for a heavy-duty power strip that doesn’t compromise on looks or utility, this one’s a winner.
