Daily training support with minerals, B vitamins, and BCAAs – full label, no games

Metabolic Nutrition CGP is like a daily boost for performance and nutrients, not some intense workout bomb. The name hints at creatine-glycerol-phosphate, but looking at the real label, it's mostly a wide vitamin and mineral setup plus 1,000mg of vegan BCAA 2:1:1. We stick to what's actually listed, not just the name. So this stuff is built for getting you ready to train, filling nutrient gaps, and giving basic amino backup – not the big creatine, citrulline, beta-alanine, or stim doses you see in heavy pre-workouts or strength supps.

The real star here is the minerals. You get 173mg of magnesium per scoop, which helps with muscle signals, energy from ATP (that's your body's main fuel source), and keeping electrolytes balanced. Phosphorus at 212mg is key too – it plays into ATP for energy, muscle work, and bone strength. Calcium at 122mg pairs with 5mcg of vitamin D3 for basic bone support, and that calcium-magnesium-vitamin D combo keeps your minerals in check. Vitamin K at 40mcg helps direct calcium where it's needed for bones.

Iron at 6.48mg stands out, especially if you're active and might be low on it. Iron carries oxygen in your blood, fighting fatigue and boosting endurance. The 30mg of vitamin C helps here by keeping iron easy to absorb. That's a smart team-up. Zinc at 8.5mg, selenium at 35mcg, iodine at 75mcg, and chromium at 60mcg broaden the formula into

Metabolic CGP by Metabolic Nutrition contains 750mcg Vitamin A, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 173mg magnesium hits hard for muscle function and energy production. It's key for ATP stuff, so this dose really delivers where it counts.
  • 212mg phosphorus is a solid add that most gym supps skip. It helps with energy transfer, muscle squeezes, and bone support – great for anyone pushing limits.
  • 6.48mg iron makes this better than basic powders if you're prone to low iron. It boosts oxygen delivery, cutting down on tired workouts and low energy.
  • 30mg vitamin C pairs nicely with the iron. It keeps iron in a form your body grabs easier, making the combo way smarter than just throwing them in separately.
  • 333mcg folate is a good hit that teams up with B12 and B6. They handle stuff like homocysteine (a compound that can mess with recovery) and keep cells running smooth.
  • Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K team up for bone and mineral support. That's huge for lifters – your bones take the brunt of all that loading, not just your muscles.
  • 8.5mg zinc and 35mcg selenium go beyond basic multis. They help with immunity, fighting oxidative stress, and keeping hormones in line.
  • 1,000mg vegan BCAA 2:1:1 is right there on the label, no prop blend nonsense. It's not a huge amino dose, but at least you know exactly what's in it.

Metabolic CGP by Metabolic Nutrition contains 750mcg Vitamin A, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters with a basic stack wanting no-stim foundation. Gives broad nutrients plus light vegan BCAAs for steady training without heavy pre's.
  • Athletes cutting cals with limited food options. Iron, magnesium, zinc, B's, folate, and traces help fill gaps when dieting skimps on micros.
  • Busy folks training pre-work or post-shift who skip caffeine bombs. No stims make it easy for daily support without the crash.
  • Women chasing gains who need more iron and folate. 6.48mg iron helps menstruating athletes fight fatigue and keep sessions strong.
  • Casual athletes with hit-or-miss meals wanting one scoop to cover bases. Vitamin-mineral mix bridges the gap for consistent workouts.
  • Older lifters eyeing bone health alongside gains. Calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, D3, and K build a solid daily base beyond aminos.

How to Use

Mix one scoop with 10-16 oz cold water and shake hard till it's smooth. Gym days? Take 20-40 minutes pre if you want, but no stims make timing easy. Off days, pair with breakfast or a meal for daily nutrients. Minerals and vits can be gentler with food if your stomach's picky. No stims, so no need to half-dose for tolerance, but try half first for gut check. Stack with straight creatine for strength goals, protein if you're short, but don't overdo iron from other supps. Keep it cool and dry, lid tight, to stay fresh.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: not much besides sipping it, no stim kick or pump rush. 10-40 minutes: still low-key, no tingles or focus blast. In the workout, it's about having the nutrients already there, not a quick hit. Days 1-7: big on building habits, especially if your eating's off. Weeks 2-4: shines as steady mineral and vitamin backup for better readiness, oxygen flow, and energy. Don't expect a surge – it'll disappoint. But as base support, it's all about that slow build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Metabolic Nutrition CGP a creatine product?

The product name suggests creatine glycerol phosphate positioning, but based on the verified formula provided here, there is no disclosed creatine dose on the label data available to us. What is clearly disclosed is a vitamin-mineral matrix plus 1,000mg vegan BCAA 2:1:1, so buyers should evaluate it as a foundational support powder unless a separate verified label confirms creatine content.

How much BCAA does Metabolic Nutrition CGP provide per serving?

Each serving provides 1,000mg of vegan BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio. That is fully transparent, which is good, but it is a modest amount compared with standalone amino formulas.

Does this product contain caffeine or stimulants?

No stimulants are disclosed in the verified formula data. That makes it suitable for users who want training support without the heart-rate increase, jitters, or sleep disruption common with stimulant pre-workouts.

What is the strongest part of this formula?

The strongest part is the broad micronutrient profile rather than the amino component. Magnesium at 173mg, phosphorus at 212mg, iron at 6.48mg, zinc at 8.5mg, and the B-vitamin panel give it the most practical day-to-day value.

Is the BCAA dose clinically dosed?

No. At 1,000mg total BCAA, this is below the doses typically used when BCAAs are intended to drive noticeable workout or recovery effects on their own.

When should I take Metabolic Nutrition CGP?

You can take 1 scoop 20-40 minutes before training if you want it in your workout routine, but because it is stimulant-free, timing is flexible. Many users will do just as well taking it with a meal at a consistent time daily.

Can I stack this with creatine monohydrate?

Yes, and for many users that is the smartest stack. Since the verified formula does not show a clinical creatine dose, adding 3-5g daily creatine monohydrate is a logical way to cover phosphocreatine support for strength and power.

Who benefits most from the iron in this product?

Athletes with low dietary iron intake or higher risk of iron depletion, including many menstruating women, may appreciate the 6.48mg iron inclusion. That said, people with iron-related medical conditions should not supplement casually.

Is this a good replacement for a pre-workout?

Only if you want foundational nutritional support rather than acute stimulation or pump. It will not feel like a classic pre-workout because there is no disclosed caffeine, citrulline, beta-alanine, or clinically dosed ergogenic core.

Does the formula use proprietary blends?

No. The disclosed actives are listed with specific amounts, which is a major trust advantage because you can evaluate the formula honestly against research and category norms.

Good Coverage But...
Asurion had me to package up my Ipad and send to them to research the problem with it overheating and cracking the screen near the home button. The turnaround was about 6 days from when i shipped it next day and them returning the device. When I began to setup the IPad the first thing I notice was an error message stating touch id could not be setup on the device (it worked previously) and the ipad still got hot when charging. I had to return it to them a second time to "resolve" the issue. They determined they couldn't fix the issue and returned the cost of the device. The only problem is you can't replace a device for what it cost at that time of purchase, especially now when prices have soared. They need to fix or replace the device at the cost of what iit costs at the time of replacement.

They sent me a Amazon gift card
I insured an iPad for my son and had it repaired multiple times from him stepping on it. Quick and fast repairs. The last time he accidentally damaged it they sent me an Amazon gift card for the full price I originally paid for it. I was able to use the gift card right away because it was digital. I used it on an iPad that was on sale for half the original price so I was able to get him the night light he always wanted. Best service available and I insured this iPad right away with them.

They will do anything to get out of fixing or replacing your item.
I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Tablet S6 from Amazon through Affirm. I've already had the tablet for nearly 3 months. The tablet is defective. After barely 3 months it won't charge. I attempted to file a claim. The Asurion website tells me to return the item. Samsung doesn't make these tablets anymore. You cannot buy a brand new tablet of this model. They aren't sold online. The reason I bought the warranty which was over $100 is so that Asurion will fix the tablet if there is a problem. They were unwilling to make any effort to repair or fix this rare tablet. The website says to return the item. This is a lengthy return process. Amazon will not give me a QR code or let me print a label that I can take to a local UPS store. The only place Amazon will let me drop off the item is 2 or 3 towns away. The only option Amazon is giving me is to have UPS come pick up the tablet without giving me a label. I had to purchase a box from UPS and have them package it for me without providing me a label because Amazon says I don't need one. On the first attempt the UPS guy wasn't able to pickup the item because they need a special kind of form and my UPS driver didn't have the form. I have to wait until a UPS driver with the proper form is able to pick up my item before they can start the return process. Now I can't buy a Samsung Galaxy Tablet S6 from Amazon unless I want to go through this or a similar process every time an Amazon 3rd party seller sells me a defective product. Thanks for nothing Asurion. I'm going to start buying my electronics in person from Best Buy. They sell electronics that work and they immediately replace damaged and defective items that are under warranty. Amazon should ban Asurion from selling warranties on their website. They are selling warranties that they have no intention of providing the end product for. This is the second I've had a problem with Asurion. The first time I had a problem with a pair of headphones purchased through Amazon that were covered by my Asurion warranty that I had purchased. Asurion wouldn't help me and directed me to try and use the manufacturer warranty. When I buy a warranty from someone it's because I want the seller of the warranty to solve my problem. Not tell me to return the item or direct me to use the manufacturer warranty. It's not my fault the refurbisher couldn't make the tablet function properly for longer than 3 months.

Simple and not Drama claim process.
’ve had Asurion coverage for a couple of years and never needed to use it until recently, when my pool salt cell (less than two years old) stopped working. I had purchased it with an Asurion protection plan, so I contacted them to start a claim. The process was simple and straightforward to follow. In the end, they honored the plan and covered the cost of my salt cell based on the value when I originally bought it. They issued me a gift card that I could use on Amazon for that amount. While prices have gone up and a new cell now costs about $200 more, it was still definitely worth having the coverage. Overall, I’m satisfied with how the claim was handled.
