Deep ruby in the glass, it opens with eucalyptus, blueberries, pink pepper and rose water, layered with cinnamon and wild herbs. The palate is refined yet powerful, unfolding black berries, lavender and flint with a long, graceful finish. Decant and serve at 15°C alongside roast lamb or dark chocolate desserts for a truly elevated experience.
