5g Creatine Monohydrate. No Nonsense. Your Full Daily Dose.

Metabolic Nutrition Creatine 5000 Tablets keep it simple with just one ingredient: 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate in each 3-tablet serving. No hidden blends, no fancy mixes, no extra stuff trying to jazz up a basic strength booster. It's all about the most researched performance aid in supplements, in the form and amount that studies back up.

Creatine monohydrate boosts phosphocreatine levels in your muscles. Phosphocreatine helps remake ATP, the quick energy your muscles use for intense stuff like heavy lifts, sprints, or back-to-back reps. With more phosphocreatine, your muscles recharge ATP faster between efforts. That means you might knock out more reps, keep power steady, push stronger sets, and build a better base for strength and muscle over time.

The 5,000mg dose is right in the zone that research supports for daily use, whether you're loading up first or just going steady. Lots of people do 3-5g a day long-term, and this gives you the full 5g in one go. It's the amount you see in studies and what athletes actually use.

What'll you feel? No instant buzz since it's not a stimulant. Day one is quiet, just starting the buildup. After 2-4 weeks of daily use, you often notice denser workouts, steadier strength across sets, and a bit more power holding up.

Metabolic Creatine 5K by Metabolic Nutrition contains 5000mg Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg creatine monohydrate per serving — that's the standard daily amount pros use. It helps build muscle creatine levels and boosts high-intensity performance over time.
  • Just one ingredient — no secret blends, no junk fillers, no confusing extras. You see exactly what's in those 3 tablets and how much.
  • Creatine monohydrate is the best form out there — not flashy, but backed by tons of research for strength, power, and muscle support. Other types hype newness, but this one delivers the proof.
  • Tablets make it easy — skip the powders, flavors, and shakers. Daily use is key for creatine, and this format keeps you consistent without the hassle.
  • Helps recharge ATP via phosphocreatine — that's the real power behind it. More phosphocreatine means faster energy recovery during tough reps and sets.
  • Built for long-term gains, not quick highs — it's not pretending to be a pre-workout. It's for real training benefits that add up with steady use.
  • Great for strength building, muscle growth, and sprint repeats — ATP is key in all intense training, so whether you're lifting heavy, chasing reps, or doing intervals, this fits.
  • Pulls water into muscles for a fuller look — that's why many feel denser and more pumped after sticking with it.

Who Is This For?

  • Strength lifters hitting big compounds who need better energy recharge between sets. The 5,000mg creatine monohydrate helps refill phosphocreatine, keeping power and reps strong.
  • Bodybuilders chasing size who want more volume, overload, and fuller muscles. Daily 5g supports set performance and adds water to muscle cells for that loaded look with solid training and protein.
  • Powerbuilders balancing heavy lifts and physique goals. This boosts high-intensity work for strength and sets up long-term muscle gains.
  • Athletes on the road or training away who hate carrying powder. Tablets give a no-fuss 5g daily, and consistency is what makes creatine work.
  • Busy folks squeezing in early workouts who want no mixing or flavor issues. Three tablets cut the hassle for daily use since creatine's about buildup, not buzz.
  • Lifters using stim pre-workouts but wanting full creatine control. Many pre's skimp on it; this delivers 5,000mg on its own.

How to Use

Take 3 tablets daily for 5,000mg creatine monohydrate. Do it before or after workouts, or with food—timing's flexible since it builds up over time, not right away. If your stomach's picky, take with a meal or split the dose.

No ramp-up needed for stims since there are none. Wash down with lots of water, and stay hydrated all day as creatine pulls water into muscles. It stacks great with pre-workouts, protein, carbs, electrolytes, and recovery stuff—its job is muscle energy support for intense work. No cycling required; daily use keeps levels high. Store cool and dry, cap tight.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: Swallow 3 tablets with water and keep going—no buzz, no tingles, no stim hit since it's just creatine monohydrate. Next 10-40 minutes: Still no quick feel like a pre-workout. Timing around workouts is about ease, not instant effects.

Days 1-7: You're starting to load up, especially without a big loading phase. Some notice a little weight gain from muscle water as creatine levels rise. Weeks 2-4: That's when it kicks in—stronger repeats, steady set performance, fuller muscles. After week 4: Keep it up daily to hold onto those gains; consistency is everything here.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much creatine is in each serving of Metabolic Nutrition Creatine 5000 Tablets?

Each full serving provides 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate. The serving size is 3 tablets, which means each tablet delivers roughly one-third of that total daily dose.

Is 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate a clinically supported dose?

Yes. Five grams per day is one of the most widely used and clinically supported daily intake levels for creatine monohydrate. It aligns with common maintenance dosing strategies used to support strength, power, and lean mass gains over time.

Will I feel this product right away like a pre-workout?

No. This formula contains only creatine monohydrate and no caffeine or stimulant ingredients, so there is no immediate energy rush. Its benefits build through daily saturation of muscle creatine stores over the course of days and weeks.

When should I take Metabolic Nutrition Creatine 5000 Tablets?

Take 3 tablets daily at whatever time helps you stay consistent. Many users take it pre- or post-workout for convenience, but the key factor with creatine monohydrate is regular daily intake rather than precise timing.

Can I stack these tablets with my pre-workout?

Yes. This product stacks very easily because it contains only creatine monohydrate. It complements stimulant pre-workouts, pump formulas, protein, electrolytes, and carbohydrate products without creating overlap in caffeine or nootropic ingredients.

Do I need to cycle this creatine product?

No cycling is required for standard creatine monohydrate use. The goal is to build and maintain elevated muscle creatine stores, which is best achieved through uninterrupted daily use.

Is creatine monohydrate better than fancy creatine blends?

For most users, creatine monohydrate remains the gold-standard choice because it has the strongest evidence base in the category. Many alternative creatine forms are marketed as superior, but monohydrate is still the benchmark for research-backed efficacy.

Can these tablets cause water retention?

Yes, but the type of water retention most users experience with creatine is primarily intracellular, meaning inside muscle tissue. That is part of why muscles often look and feel fuller after consistent use.

What are the known inactive ingredients in this product?

Based on the available data, the known inactive ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide. If you have specific sensitivities, it is always smart to verify the full label directly from the manufacturer.

Is this product good for beginners?

Yes. A single-ingredient 5g creatine monohydrate formula is one of the most beginner-friendly supplements in sports nutrition because it is simple, stim-free, and built on one of the strongest evidence bases in the category.

Good OEM replacement for Honda Pilot
Size: 7.5" x 8.7" x 1.4"
Simple cabin filter for my wife’s Honda Pilot. It fits well in the cabin air filter drawer. This is of similar quality to the original Honda one; just cheaper. I’ve bought this for my Subaru and have been happy with it as well.

Works great!
Size: 7.5" x 8.7" x 1.4"
This is a great filter for allergies and a huge help during allergy season. It traps fine dust and pollen much better than the standard paper filters you get from the dealership, resulting in noticeably cleaner air inside the cabin. The construction feels very solid, and it fit perfectly right into the housing without any issues. If you are looking for true HEPA filtration in your vehicle, this is definitely worth the upgrade!

Saved over $60 and felt like a DIY hero!
Size: 7.5" x 8.7" x 1.4"
I bought the BOSCH 6092C HEPA Cabin Air Filter after a tire/service center quoted $76 to do the same job I did in no time. Instead, I watched a quick YouTube video, grabbed a screwdriver, and had it swapped out in under 5 minutes—no sweat, no special tools. The filter itself is high quality, fits perfectly, and noticeably improved the air quality in my car. No weird smells, and the airflow feels cleaner and stronger. Honestly, it’s one of the easiest upgrades I’ve ever done. If you’re even slightly handy (or just tired of paying for basic service), this is a no-brainer. Great product, easy install, and a satisfying win for anyone who likes saving money and doing things themselves.

Great aftermarket filter
Size: 7.5" x 8.7" x 1.4"
Performance will be TBD but after a test air does smell a bit cleaner. It Fits a 2018 Subaru Impreza just like the OEM does. Material is significantly better as well. The only thing that will cause confusion is the arrow designation many are used to. The OEM will state which way the filter is to be oriented (up), and this aftermarket version designates which way airflow goes which is usually in the direction of the blower or engine bay (down). Keep that in mind. Otherwise, it’s so easy and such a good peace of mind maintenance item everyone should do and NEVER pay the dealer.

Works ok, but not perfect. Manage expectations.
Size: 7.5" x 8.7" x 1.4"
My goal was to reduce or eliminate bad particulate odors coming in from outside while driving, as drive through areas with high particulate pollution. Sure, recirc mode exists, but then cars fill up with CO2 quickly, and high concentrations of CO2 makes you drowsy and have slow reaction times, etc. So I looked into better cabin air filters. My Subaru has an easy-to-access cabin air filter. I learned how to properly change it via online videos, because the dealership wants over $50 just to change the filter, and it only takes a few minutes! The OEM filter I took out is not that good, and only meant for larger particulates, to protect the HVAC system. It reminded me of the cheaper (but not cheapest) furnace air handler filters. Placing this new filter in and testing it, it does block more airflow, which is to be expected from a finer filter. My car's blower has 7 running speeds (plus off), and I needed to turn it up one notch higher to get about the same airflow, versus the previous filter. The filter seems to work, somewhat. If behind a diesel truck, I still smell it. Same with cigarette smoke from a car in front. It doesn't block vape vapors at all, it seems. However, maybe I was expecting too much. The infographic for this filter clearly shows the size of particulate it can handle, which I appreciate very much. Diesel exhaust is a very fine particulate, smaller than this filter can filter. I also wonder if outside air is getting around the filter in the filter housing, since it just slides in, like a furnace air handler filter. It has a good fit though, in my car at least. What I need is an even finer filter, but that would likely block a lot more airflow. There are various manufacturers of high-end cabin air filters, but I don't know if they match or exceed the quality of this one.
