Quality water for your coffee? It's possible! Limescale and scale in water have a negative effect on the taste of drinks. To remedy this, BWT has developed the bestcup Premium water filter for coffee machines. This water filter allows you to enjoy your coffee to the full and protects your machine for the long term against the undesirable effects of limescale and scale.
The unique 4-stage filtration reduces the limescale and calcium sulphate content of the water to a minimum, so that the water is completely pure and free from foreign aromas. Another special feature of the bestcup Premium filter is BWT's patented magnesium technology. During the filtering process, the water is mineralised with magnesium. With no taste of its own, the mineral acts as a natural flavour carrier and guarantees a particularly tasty coffee experience and better crema development.
The filter is also very easy to use. Thanks to its special connector, it is simply inserted into the suction connection on the coffee machine's water tank. If your machine is fitted with a suction hose, you'll also find the corresponding BWT standard adapter here. Please note that the coffee machine must be descaled before the filter is used for the first time. The filter should be replaced when the machine needs it or after 2 to 3 months at the latest. If the filter has not been used for a long time, it should be rinsed before making coffee.
