This 1961 Chevy Biscayne Steering Wheel is an original used GM part. The wheel will need to be restored as it has minor cracks or chips but no major chunks are missing. The image in this listing is only a sample. Yours may look slightly different.NOTE: This is a true 1961 Biscayne steering wheel. The distinguishing feature of the steering wheel is near either end of the horn ring cutout. On a true Bel Air, there is a slight rise at the end to compensate for the horn ring bezel, whereas the Biscayne is straight and shallow. The 1962 Bel Air looks similar to the 1961 Biscayne except the cutout for the horn ring is deeper since the Biscayne does not have a horn ring but only a center button. Even with these differences, many enthusiasts use the steering wheels interchangeably since it is so nuanced.
