This is the sixth and final installment of this successful series. This time, it's all about Vikings, specifically a famous family. It is the story of Ragnar Lodbrok and his sons, Ivar the Boneless and Björn Ironside - a fascinating blend of legend and history.

Ragnar Lodbrok is said to have lived in the 9th century as a Viking king, adventurer, and plunderer who traveled as far as England and France. The nickname Lodbrok (“fur pants”) is said to come from pants made of fur or clothes treated with tar, which protects him from snake bites. He is often portrayed as a fearless but also romantic hero – he fought for queens and married several legendary women. According to legend, he was captured by King Ælla of Northumbria and thrown into a snake pit, where he died. His sons then swear revenge.

One of them was Ivar the Boneless, leader of the “Great Heathen Army.” His name is thought to be based on the fact that he may have suffered from brittle bone disease or another form of muscle weakness or paralysis. Despite his physical disability, he was a brilliant strategist and led the Vikings to one of the largest invasions of England. He was known for his cruelty and, at the same time, for his military sophistication.

His brother Björn “Ironside” probably got his name because of his invulnerability in battle or his armor. He was considered one of the bravest warriors and leaders among Ragnar's sons. He was less of a strategist like Ivar and more of a classic warrior hero, leading raids in the Frankish Empire, Spain, North Africa, and Italy.

This gold coin impressively depicts Ragnar with an aggressive facial expression and weapon drawn, clearly conveying the message: we are ready for anything. The background pattern represents the sacred halls of Valhalla, a resting place for fallen warriors in Nordic mythology.

My dogs new favorite toy!
Color: Blue
His new favorite toy! My dog absolutely loves it!!! It’s much bigger than I thought it would be so my dog has to be careful when he’s running with it because he will trip on the legs of the octopus. The best part is there is a little squeaker in the bottom of each leg! Bonus!!! If your dog chews up stuffed animals, this will be no different. It is a stuffed animal. My baby just likes to carry it around and squeak it a 1000 times a day. Don’t mind my crazy voice in the video. That’s the voice I use when he’s excited about a toy. He greets me every day with his octopus.🥰

Fun while they lasted
Color: Green
I ordered two. One for each pup. Both my puppies loved this toy. The first one lasted less than a day with my pup who loves to do the death shake on everything. The second lasted two days with the other as she chews in the same spot. They loved the crinkle noise. However, I'm taking one star away due to not lasting long. Everything else was fine and they enjoyed them while they lasted. Note that most toys do not last long with my pups.

Puppy Loves this toy
Color: Tie Dye Blue
My puppy is a 7wk old Great Pyrenees & Lab mix. He loves this toy! Fun for tug of war and for cuddles. Definitely worth the money. It is durable enough for razor puppy teeth.

The pooch is on Cloud No 9
Color: Blue
Lucky loves everything about this (blue) octopus. It has squeakers in all the right places and the crinkle sound adds to his fun. He’s almost 70lbs and extremely strong, and can be an aggressive player and chewer. So far, it has held up extremely well for the tug-of-war games and crazy shaking play. It’s well worth the money. I also want to mention that this toy is true to size. I have too often ordered dog toys that turned out to be much smaller than advertised.
