The Giro Crüe MIPS Kids Helmet is a freestyle-inspired ski and snowboard helmet built for young riders who want park-ready style with trusted protection. Designed with a clean, skate-influenced silhouette, the Crüe combines modern looks with serious safety credentials for progressing skiers and snowboarders.

Equipped with MIPS® (Multi-directional Impact Protection System), the helmet helps reduce rotational forces during angled impacts, adding an extra layer of protection for developing riders. The helmet uses Hard Shell construction, pairing a durable ABS outer shell with an EPS foam liner for robust impact protection that stands up to everyday use in the park and across the mountain.

See through and jacket has no structure

On the positive side, it does appear to be well made. The stitching is clean, the fit is decent, and overall construction seems solid for the price. However, the material is extremely thin much thinner than expected. It’s so lightweight that it is see-through. Both the jacket and pants are unlined, which makes the suit feel even lighter and less structured. I While I understand seersucker is meant to be breathable and comfortable this isnt even seersucker it is a striped polyester blend material. It may work in very hot climates but if you’re looking for something with more structure or durability, this is not the best option. The fabric feels about as thick as a paper towel. Overall, decent construction, but the thinness and lack of a defined shape and lining are disappointing and makes it almost impossible to wear.
