Tonalità leggermente rosata. Il naso propone nuances eleganti e complesse di frutta matura a bacca rossa con sentore minerale. In bocca, il vino è fresco, secco e minerale. Bel corpo e lunga persistenza gusto-olfattiva. Armonico e fine.Il Puro 2009 è uno spumante che deriva da vendemmia tardiva e raccolta a mano, fermentazione con i lieviti naturali e macerazione sulle bucce per 24 ore. Il mosto è stato messo nelle barriques, senza aggiunta di prodotti chimici o conservanti, dove ha maturato per 4 anni. La grande particolarità di questo spumante è che, a differenza dei Metodo Classico, non prevede alcuna aggiunta di liqueur de tirage (lievito più zucchero) per la rifermentazione in bottiglia: essa è avvenuta semplicemente con l'aggiunta di mosto fresco con i propri lieviti. Anidride solforosa praticamente inesistente, pari a 9 mg/l. Uno spumante emozionante, pulito e in perfetta sintonia con la natura. Lo spumante Puro viene rilasciato sul mercato senza sboccatura, ossia con i lieviti in bottiglia. Al momento dell'apertura, pertanto, bisogna procedere manualmente alla "sboccatura" ("dégorgement") per eliminare le fecce, immergendo il collo della bottiglia in un secchiello con acqua gelata e procedendo alla stappatura.
Si abbina meravigliosamente con tanti tipi di piatti: ideale a tutto pasto, su piatti di pesce, crostacei, salumi o formaggi.

Simple, Solid, and Looks Great
Color: Antique Bronze
This is one of those simple things that just works exactly how you want it to.
First off, it looks really nice on the counter. The antique bronze finish has a slightly warm tone that doesn’t look cheap or overly shiny, and the design is clean enough to fit in with pretty much any kitchen style.
Assembly took maybe 30 seconds. You just screw the pieces together and it’s ready to go, no tools or fuss. Swapping out rolls is just as easy, and the top cap keeps everything in place without being annoying to deal with.
The weight is really what makes this stand out. The base is heavy enough that it stays put when you tear off a sheet, so you can actually use it one-handed without it tipping or sliding around. It feels solid and well made, not flimsy at all.
Size-wise, it fits a standard roll easily and still has room for larger rolls, so you’re not fighting to get a new one on.
Overall, it’s sturdy, looks good, and is genuinely easy to use day to day. It’s one of those upgrades that seems small but makes your kitchen feel a little more put together.

One of the best biblical motivational books I’ve read

I’ve always enjoyed Dr David Jeremiah’s expository preaching. He has been a faithful steward of God’s word. When I came across this book, I was amazed that he wrote a book to give people a positive attitude in moving forward with the vision and dream the Lord has given us. It’s been an enlightening and delightful read.
