Het design is natuurlijk verbeterd door de jaren heen, maar de naam is niet veranderd. De Nike Blazer Mid '77 Vintage — een klassieker vanaf het allereerste begin. Het bovenwerk van leer en synthetisch materiaal behoudt de klassieke look van de originele schoen en biedt extra comfort en ondersteuning. De vintage behandeling op de middenzool en de tong met zchtbaar foam zorgen voor een oldskool look. De buitenzool is aan de middenzool bevestigd met een autoclaafconstructie voor een gestroomlijnde look die lijkt op het design van de jaren 70. De niet-afgevende, stevige rubberen buitenzool heeft al vanaf het allereerste begin hetzelfde visgraatpatroon, want waarom zou je iets wat zo goed is veranderen?
