De Spit on Fire Carrousel Large 21 inch is een veelzijdige en hoogwaardige uitbreiding voor je barbecue. Deze carrousel is volledig uitgevoerd in RVS en voorzien van 3 stevige manden, waardoor hij een echte verrijking is voor iedere BBQ-liefhebber die graag varieert.

Buikspek, spareribs of gerookte zalm – het kan allemaal. Dankzij de roterende beweging van de manden binnen een gesloten barbecue wordt het gerecht gelijkmatig gegaard. Zo zijn spareribs bijvoorbeeld al binnen circa 3 uur perfect klaar. Ook groenten en aardappelwedges komen uitstekend uit de carrousel: krokant van buiten en mooi gegaard van binnen.

De carrousel is ontworpen voor kamado’s van 21 inch, maar is ook te monteren op Weber 47/57 en vergelijkbare gasbarbecues. Je schuift hem eenvoudig over het bestaande spit en borgt hem met twee schroeven op de spies, waardoor hij stevig en veilig blijft draaien.
