Claims
Calcium, magnesium en vitamine D dragen bij aan het behoud van sterke botten. Voor mensen die weinig zuivelproducten gebruiken is het zinvol om Cal Citraat + te nemen. Volwassen mannen en vrouwen (19-50 jaar) hebben gemiddeld 1000 milligram (= 1 gram) calcium per dag nodig. 70+ers hebben volgens de Gezondheidsraad 1200 mg per dag nodig. De aanbevolen dagelijkse hoeveelheid magnesium voor volwassen mannen (19-50 jaar) is 300-350 mg en voor volwassen vrouwen 250-350 mg. Organisch gebonden calcium is licht verteerbaar en daarom vooral geschikt voor ouderen. Goed te combineren met D-25 dat niet alleen de opname van calcium in de botten bevordert, maar ook mede zorgt voor een goede weerstand.

Ingredienten
Mineralen, vulstof (microkristallijne cellulose, dicalciumfosfaat, hydroxypropylcellulosel, antiklontermiddel (stearinezuur, magnesiumstearaat, talk), glansmiddel (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, isomalt, carnaubawas, kleurstof (calcium carbonaat), cholecalciferol, triglyceriden.
Gebruik
De aanbevolen dosering is 2 tabletten per dag, tenzij anders wordt geadviseerd. Bij voorkeur innemen tijdens of na een maaltijd. Hoge doseringen magnesium kunnen een laxerend effect hebben. Bevat als waarborg van kwaliteit een drooghoudzakje, niet geschikt voor consumptie.

Just ok - very thick, so difficult to apply evenly. I use this for outdoor cycling and it works, but it's so thick that it tends to clump instead of smoothly covering the skin.

Delivers what it promises
I’m a fair skinned person who burns and freckles easily and in my 40’s. I also love being outside. I have worn spf on my face (and usually my hands) basically every day since I was 13 and because of that people always say I don’t look my age. Back then, only a 4 or 8 was available in face moisturizers, but I have always worn the highest that is recommended and usually face moisturizers are behind in meeting the recommendations so I have usually worn a full on sunscreen under my makeup. As the recommendations get higher it has been harder to find something that doesn’t look pasty, smell bad or interfere with makeup. I was using Eucerin spf 30 and Cera Ve spf 30 but I have wanted to increase spf to 50 because that is what is recommended now. I tried the Cera Ve spf 50 and was disappointed by how tacky it is and pasty it looks. I don’t even like wearing it alone to the beach because it’s so chalky white and sticky. Neutrogena healthy defense is alright but it has a scent and some chemicals that are not so good. It also is a pretty small bottle (1.7 oz) when you use it everyday on face and hands.
But THIS product has blown me away with its affordability and quality. It IS sheer. Easily blends in and disappears quickly into skin. It’s completely odorless. It’s not tacky or greasy—you feel moisturized but not sticky. It performs under foundation even better than the Cera Ve 30. Now, this doesn’t have the extra ceramides and vitamins that does so I’ll still be using that when I feel extra dry like in winter, or I might mix the two moisturizers, but this Solimo reef safe sunscreen will definitely be my daily face and hand sunscreen in the spring, summer and early fall. These are the days I go straight from work to the garden or the beach. I can quickly reapply over my makeup before I leave the house again feel fully protected while I’m out.

I believe equal to name brand rhyming with NitroGina
I believe it is equal to the name brand mentioned on the front side of the tube. It is 55 SPF Sun Protection Factor so it offers strong UV A and UV B protection which are the 2 ranges of sun rays that do the skin damage and burning.
It is an easily absorbed lotion that when rubbed goes into the skin and is not visible.
It feels good after being rubbed in in that it feels dry and not overly greasy or with no shine and sheen.
If you put on a shirt over your skin with lotion it will appear on the inside of a dark shirt but it will wash out right away when that shirt is washed.
It is a good product and offers burn protection to me in some clear-sky strong sun uses. Reapply after entering the pool or after an hour (all sunscreen labels say reapply after 80 minutes which I believe is per recommendations of the federal FDA or some medical studies).
I reapply often and I still get tanned but I do not want to burn.
