Wikkelfolie beschermt perfect tegen vocht, stof en andere gebruikelijke verontreinigingen. Daarnaast stabiliseert het uw palletladingen, zodat transportschade voorkomen wordt.Deze wikkelfolie is geschikt voor machinale verwerking. De rekfolie dient door de wikkelmachine zo strak mogelijk aangebracht te worden rondom het gepalletiseerd product. Voor optimale stabiliteit is het daarnaast belangrijk dat de wikkelmachine onderaan begint en de zijkanten van de pallet zelf daarbij ook meeneemt in het wikkelen.Deze transparante machinewikkelfolie heeft een rolbreedte van 50 centimeter, een rollengte van 1841 meter en een foliedikte van 17 micron. Eén micron is één duizendste van een millimeter. Hoe hoger het aantal micron, hoe dikker en sterker de folie is. De folie heeft een voorrekpercentage van 150%. Dit betekent dat 1 meter folie opgerekt kan worden tot maximaal 2,5 meter. Hierdoor wordt het ook wel 'standaard' wikkelfolie genoemd zonder voorrek. Beschikt uw palletwikkelaar niet over een voorrekinstallatie, dan is dit de geschikte folie voor u. De folie is gewikkeld op een stevige kartonnen koker met een asgat van 76 millimeter.Eén rol heeft een gewicht van 16 kilogram en een volle pallet bevat 46 rollen.Wikkelfolie is volledig vervaardigd uit polyethyleen en daarom ook volledig recyclebaar.
