The aroma is finely aromatic, reminiscent of ripe yellow fruits like Mirabelle, pear, and honeydew. On the palate, the aromatic fullness is complemented by a delicate creaminess. In the aftertaste, light mango and papaya linger on the tongue and in the glass. Cool, mature Sauvignon Blanc type in the style of the Loire Sauvignon. Hand

Hand-picked grapes, spontaneous fermentation with vineyard yeasts, 8 months on the fine yeast matured in old barrique barrels, not fined and unfiltered for the preservation of aroma and taste.
