Nou dat is gelukt een wijn die zuiver is, rond en verfijnd en uitermate zacht. De bodem bestaat uit graniet en klei voor deze Meerlust Red.De 150 hectare wijngaarden van Meerlust
Meerlust Estate werd opgericht in 1693 en is sinds 1756 eigendom van de familie Myburgh. Op de traditionele wijnmakerij met een oppervlakte van 150 hectare is 110 hectare beplant met wijnstokken. De wijngaarden strekken zich uit over een steile strook aan de westflank van de Helderberg, in het zuiden van Stellenbosch. Een gestage koele bries waait over uit de nabijgelegen False Bay. En juist die koelte zorgt ervoor dat de druiven perfect kunnen rijpen. De bodems bestaan uit alluviale rode klei, afgewisseld met verweerd graniet. De Italiaanse Giogio Dalla Cia werkte van 1978 tot 2003 als wijnmaker bij deze gevestigde wijnmakerij en gaf vorm aan de Bordaux-stijl van de wijnen. In 2004 trad Chris Williams in de voetsporen van de oude meester. Voor de wijnmaker van Meerlust geldt dat de kwaliteit het allerbelangrijkste is. Daarom wordt gedurende het gehele vinificatieproces voortduurt geproefd en waar nodig bijgestuurd.Houtlagering voor de Meerlust Red
Na de handmatige oogst rijpt deze Red maar liefst 12 maanden op eikenhouten vaten in de kelders van Meerlust. 55 procent van de gebruikte vaten is nieuw en dat is uniek in deze prijs range. Daardoor krijgt deze Meerlust Red in zijn geur hinten van zwarte bessen, kruiderij en florale tonen. In de smaak vol en krachtig met veel zwart fruit, cassis, vanille en donkere chocolade. Exactly the Desk Chair I Was Looking For

very ergonomic

I bought this as a replacement for one of those gaming chairs that kills your back with a little lumbar pillow and this one is muuuuch better. the back support is everything you’d need and got rid of my neck pain after long periods of sitting and the seat cushion is supportive but still comfortable. It’s the kind of chair that you don’t really think about much because it’s so natural to sit in that you forget it’s there. The armrests flipping is a really nice feature too. One star off only because the head rest is so far back that i can’t really rest my head on it and every part of the chair that’s cloth is made of the same mesh texture like the armrests and seat. but i have no other complaints this is a good chair
