Marrone Langhe Favorita DOC is een frisse en aromatische Italiaanse witte wijn uit de Piemonte‑regio, geproduceerd door het familie‑wijnhuis Agricola Gian Piero Marrone in La Morra. Langhe Favorita is een inheemse Piemonte‑variëteit die al sinds de 17e eeuw wordt verbouwd en steeds meer erkenning krijgt voor z’n frisse stijl en veelzijdigheid.

🍷 Vinificatie & Rijping

Na handmatige oogst ondergaat de Favorita een zachte persing en koude fermentatie bij ca. 16 °C om de delicate aroma’s te behouden. De wijn rijpt vervolgens minimaal 5 maanden op fijne droesem in roestvrijstalen tanks, wat zorgt voor extra body en finesse.

Kleur: Helder strogeel met groene reflecties.
Neus: Intense aroma’s van witte perzik, groene appel, citrusbloesem en mediterrane kruiden.
Smaak: Fris en elegant met levendige zuurgraad, sappig fruit en een aangename, lichte mineraliteit.
