Grapes: 60% Gelber Muskateller, 40% field blend of PIWI´s (“Pilzwiderstandsfähige Reben” fungus-resistant grapes)
Winemaker’s notes: "Muscat got harvested by hand, after destemming it stayed on the skins for about 12 hours. It fermented in a stainless steeltank and stayed on the lees till bottling. The field blend of various PIWI did a fermentation on the skins for 10 days, after fermentation it stayed in the oak barrel till bottling".
