Ingredienten

Gebruik
Dagelijks 4 capsules. De aanbevolen dagelijkse dosis mag niet worden overschreden.Voor zwangere vrouwen en vrouwen die borstvoedinggeven: 1 capsule per dag (volgens EU 2017/2470)Deze moeten met voldoende vloeistof tijdens of na eenmaaltijd worden ingenomen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het lichaam de vetzuren optimaal kan opnemen.
Bewaaradvies
Opslag: Beschermen tegen zonlicht en opslaan bij stabiele kamertemperatuur. Houd het product buiten het bereik van kleine kinderen. De vermelde aanbevolen dagelijkse inname mag niet worden overschreden. Voor zwangere vrouwen en bij borstvoeding gelden verschillende consumptie aanbevelingen (1 capsule per dag volgens (EU) 2017 / 2470). Voedingssupplementen zijn geen vervanging voor gevarieerde en evenwichtige voeding en een gezonde levensstijl.

hard to read display, no manual included.

I haven't decided yet whether or not I will keep the watch. Problem is there is no instruction manual attached and you cannot find one online. However if you call Timex support they will email you the manual if you give them the model number which is included in Amazon's product description. However even with the manual watch is very hard to set. It lacks some functions normally Timex has like time can only be set up there is no down button. And most importantly display is minuscule. So it is really hard to read to set. Watch is a ladies watch. It is small and I like it a lot. But buttons are hard to operate and it is hard to read.

I have total and complete confidence that you will be 100% satisfied when you purchase this product and begin to use it. I will definitely be buying more products from this vendor again in the near future. I would highly recommend this seller to everyone including my friends and family members.
