Keramisch inzetstuk

De duplex kabel heeft een specifiek ontwerp met hoogwaardige keramische inleg en kerneninzet.

Soft Peel en LSZH

Uw glasvezel wordt beschermd door LSZH materialen. ze zijn geïsoleerd met polyethyleen, PVC of polyurethaan. Tijdens een brand komt een gechloreerd plastic waterstofchloride vrij, een giftig gas dat zoutzuur vormt wanneer het in contact komt met water. Halogeenvrije kabels produceren geen gevaarlijke combinaties van gas of zuur of giftige rook bij blootstelling aan vlammen. Binnenin hebben we een polymeercoating toegevoegd met een dikte van 25 μm. De coatinglaag isoleert niet alleen effectief vocht of corrosieve vloeistof, maar heeft ook het grootste effect om de sterkte van de optische vezel te verbeteren, en de prestaties van buigsterkte, treksterkte en druksterkte worden sterk verbeterd.

So a Toyota dealer will want $40+ to replace this filter, but for $10 and 2mins you can easily do this yourself. There’s a great 1:30 how-to vid on the YouTube, drop the glove box (one push) open the little door, remove old filter (note the arrow) and put in the new one, close door, close glove box, enjoy better flow and fresh air. This filter is a HEPA so it’s a performance upgrade over the OEM, fit is perfect, seems sturdier than the OEM, great value if you’ve got 2mins. Highly recommend. Thanks!

the "fit" is very precise

Nice Fabrication, Good materials, perfect adhesive applications, "clean joints" etc. Appears to be a good UPGRADE from the stock Motorcraft product. CONs: The FIT was a "smidge TIGHT", and took very precise initial alignment and "pressure" to begin to slide into the rectangular hole. I measured the "Hole" at 7.375" wide, or (187.33 mm)... the FILTER is exactly the SAME. I would suggest maybe reducing the Width by 1 mm, to allow for an easier installation. The MOTORCRAFT uses an "open-cell" foam structure for the (2) Side pieces on their filter assembly, allowing some "compression to fit", of the Width, easing the difficulty of installation, yet still filling all voids. In summation, the "fit" is very precise. Not to be hurried or rushed, maybe a bit meticulous for the impatient or weak of heart.
