Antica Massseria Jorche

Een 5e generatie wijnbouwers en zijn in overstap naar certificaat BIO maar werken al organisch uiteraard. Ze zijn gehuisvest in het zuidelijk deel van Apulië (Puglia) onder Brindisi en in het gebied Salento en bezitten daar 2 domeinen. De wijnstokken zijn tussen de 8 en 70 jaar oud, afhankelijk van de soort: de beste wijnen komen van de oudste stokken. Zo gaat dat.
