The Peak Atlas ZEN50 is ideal for testing Zener diodes (including avalanche diodes), transient suppressors, LEDs and LED strings. The voltage of the part is displayed on the screen together with the test current and also a measure of the component's slope resistance (also known as dynamic impedance).
