Il teroldego rotaliano considerato da molti il vitigno principe dell'enologia trentina e rappresenta sicuramente il vitigno pi importante della produzione di questa cantina.
Rosso rubino intenso e carico, con riflessi leggermente granata. Al naso si percepiscono note leggermente speziate e frutta rossa matura e sotto spirito. In bocca dimostra avere grande struttura, tannini eleganti e buona progressione per un bicchiere equilibrato e a tutto tondo.Il teroldego rotaliano è considerato da molti il vitigno principe dell'enologia trentina e rappresenta sicuramente il vitigno più importante della produzione di questa cantina. Le uve che vengono utilizzate per produrre questo vino devono avere una gradazione minima naturale superiore di almeno un grado rispetto a quella del teroldego rotaliano classico. La vinificazione del Teroldego Rotaliano Riserva DOC della Cantina Rotaliana è classica e l'affinamento prevede un passaggio in legno piccolo, come avveniva nella tradizione del luogo.
L'abbinamento classico è con carni rosse stufate e brasati. Si accompagna anche con formaggi stagionati.

Can opener
It doesn't shut off by itself when done and doesn't shut off when I push the button, so after a while it will shut off but when it wants too after you take it off the can ,like 30 seconds. But I do like the way it cuts, a clean cut and lid removal nice.

Very dangerous metal shavings!!!
Negative stars if I could.
This is a very dangerous product. It worked well for a while. But then it quit effectively removing the lid instead I got little tiny shavings of metal around the edge. These shavings of metal go into the food and very dangerous.
So this was a waste of money and incredibly dangerous. I am throwing it in the trash today.
