Assaggio corposo, animato da una spiccata freschezza che si amplifica nella sapidità minerale.Il Toscana IGT “Spartito” 2018 di Castellare di Castellina è prodotto con uve sauvignon blanc in purezza allevate nei vigneti posti tra i 350 e i 400 metri sul livello del mare. La fermentazione e la maturazione a contatto con le fecce nobili sono eseguiti in botti di rovere francese. Un bianco in stile borgognone, di grande struttura e mineralità, complesso e dal notevole potenziale di invecchiamento in bottiglia.
