Al palato è pieno, avvolgente, appagante.L'Ogliastra Bianco IGT "Karamare" di Pusole non è semplicemente un vino, è un vero e proprio unicum. Infatti, è la prima e unica vinificazione del cannonau bianco, un'antica varietà di uva a bacca bianca - ottenuta dall'incrocio di cannonau e galoppo - tipica di Baunei. Affinato in barriques e tonneaux, dopo una macerazione di 7/10 giorni, "Karamare" è un vino di carattere, in cui spicca la vena sapida e il legame con il territorio natio.
Ottimo in abbinamento al pesce, si accompagna molto bene ai crostacei.
