Enkele punten over CLA:
- Natuurlijke bronnen: Zoals eerder vermeld, zijn runderen en schapen de belangrijkste bronnen van CLA, met name wanneer ze worden gevoed met gras in plaats van met graan. Grasgevoerde dieren hebben doorgaans een hoger CLA-gehalte in hun vlees en melk.
- Supplementen: Vanwege de voorgestelde gezondheidsvoordelen wordt CLA ook aangeboden in supplementvorm. Deze supplementen worden vaak gepromoot door sportinstructeurs en gebruikt door sporters om de hun doelen te bereiken.
1000mg CLA staat gelijk aan ongeveer 250 gram gezond gras gevoerde rundvlees met een vetpercentage van 10%. Het is bijna niet haalbaar om elke dag zoveel rood vlees te eten en zeker ook niet altijd even gezond.
Daarom is een voedingssupplement met CLA een welkome en eenvoudige aanvulling!
Het is ook vermeldenswaard dat, terwijl CLA natuurlijk voorkomt in voedingsmiddelen zoals vlees en zuivel van herkauwers, de concentraties in saffloerolie-afgeleide supplementen vaak hoger zijn dan wat je natuurlijk in voedingsmiddelen zou vinden. Dit komt omdat het CLA in supplementen geconcentreerd is om hogere doses van het vetzuur te leveren.
Samenstelling
Samenstelling per dagdosering van 1 capsule
Saffloerolie 1000 mg
waarvan 80% CLA = 800 mg
Ingrediënten
Saffloerolie, gelatine, glycerine, gezuiverd water en caramelkleur.
Gebruik
Volwassenen nemen dagelijks 1 tot 2 capsules met wat water in bij voorkeur bij een maaltijd tenzij anders geadviseerd door uw gezondheidsprofessional of sportinstructeur.

Actually helps dry mouth!
I’m giving this product 4.5/5. It works really well for dry mouth during sleep. I recommend starting with 1 tablet and adding a second one only if necessary. (I require 2 tablets at night). This is called “slightly sweet” and is relatively tasteless with a hint of sweetness.
During daytime usage, I’ve been using 2 tablets at a time. The only issue I have during the day is that if I can’t drink on a regular basis I get the white coating from the tablets in the corners of my mouth. I do think that this is the next best product to use when taking sips of water isn’t possible. Works as stated and easily adheres to your gum line/partial tooth. I place them in the back of my mouth and they are not noticeable to others. Added bonus, they don’t leave a slimy coating on your teeth the way a mouth rinse does. Product performs better than expected! If you have dry mouth for any reason please consider giving these a try!!! I wish I would have known about them years ago!!!

Works for dry mouth
Suffer from dry mouth and these disc size tablets stick to my gums, helping keep my mouth moist through the night. Brown side sticks to your gum. Contain xylitol so s little sweet. Dentist recommended them.

PRICEY and sometimes don’t stay in place!
These have a wonderful mild flavor, no mint burn, moisten your mouth for several hours, and generally always stay put, in fact if you want it out before fully dissolved, it takes a little effort with your fingernail, because they are supposed to stick and stay in place! ALSO, I DO NOT PUT ON MY GUMLINE LIKE THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY, I STICK ON THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH FOR DISCREET CONFORT!!
I really do recommend for DRY MOUTH!! I DO NOT CARE FOR THE SHARP EDGY METAL INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING AT ALL, but the bottle is very pricey!!

Absolutely work!
These are absolutely fantastic. Bygone are the days of sucking on some sugary sweet Candy. Xylo melts stick as they say they do. I have found that they don't stick to artificial teeth as well. They last for hours they're comfortable. The mint ones aren't overpowering. These are a dry mouth blessing. For sure use them at night and during the day.
