VINIFICATIE: Met de hand geoogst. Ontsteeld, geperst temperatuurgecontroleerde gisting bij 15°C gedurende 15-20 dagen. Beide variëteiten worden afzonderlijk gefermenteerd en 5-6 maanden in roestvrijstaal gerijpt voordat ze worden gemengd. Nog 2 maanden in fles voordat het wordt vrijgegeven.

SMAAK EN SMAAKPROFIEL: Strohgele kleur met gouden reflecties in de neus hints van citrus en tropische vruchten vergezeld van bloemige noten van kamille. In de mond heeft het een zachte ingang en eindigt met een hartige ader die de smaak verlengt. Zuid-gericht biologisch gecertificeerde wijngaarden gelegen op 490 - 530 meter boven zeeniveau. De bodem is oceaanbodem uit het midden-Plioceen (5,3 tot 2,6 miljoen jaar geleden), bestaande uit sedimentair klei, grind zanden en alluviaal slib met mariene fossielen. Plantdichtheid ca. 5200 planten/ha. Opbrengst: 35hl/ha. Trainingsmethode met cordon spur.

Fun toy out of the box - Frenchie dog. Charge does not last long. Even with recharging, the motor seems weaker. It asks to keep the charging port dry, but it is not slobber-proof, so when opened, the entire inside is wet - I have to blow-dry the charging port in order to be able to recharge it Day 2 - movement is so weak, but it shows full charge. Barking sound is no longer audible. If you have a chewer... not great as it is easily broken apart. Not really worth it. At least it's cheaper on Amazon than their website.
