Deze Langhe Nebbiolo combineert frisheid met verrassende diepgang. De neus toont kersen, rozen, viooltjes en subtiele kruiden. De mond is levendig en elegant, met fijne tannines en mineraliteit in de afdronk.
Vinificatie.
Na handmatige oogst fermenteert de wijn spontaan en ondergaat hij een langere maceratie dan gebruikelijk voor Langhe-wijnen. Vervolgens rijpt hij 12–14 maanden in barriques en tonneaux, voornamelijk gebruikt hout, waarna hij ongefilterd wordt gebotteld om maximale puurheid te behouden.

De Langhe Nebbiolo is een uitstekende introductie tot de stijl van Sottimano: puur, delicaat, terroirgedreven en met een focus op natuurlijke gisting, minimale interventie en elegantie boven kracht.
