  • Complete Plug-n-Play replacement for the factory Fuel Pump Control Module in late-model Volkswagen Automotive Group vehicles using high-capacity, aftermarket, in-tank Low Pressure Fuel Pumps (LPFPs), such as the Audi TTRS (VAG Part No. 8J0 919 051 E), DeatschWerks DW400, or the Walbro/TIA F90000267/F90000274 (450 LPH), Walbro/TIA F90000285 (525LPH)
  • Interfaces directly with the ECU and eliminates diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
  • Fully programmable/configurable pump duty slope control with our easy to use TorqVFM PC software
  • TorqVFM software provides live-viewing, data-logging and playback of ECU-commanded vs. Pump-actual duty helping to diagnose ECU tuning or fuel system mechanical issues
  • PM4 is the first and only LPFP driver solution on the market that lets the ECU perform complete closed-loop control of the requested fuel system pressure regardless of what aftermarket LPFP is used. Want to run a 23A, 525LPH Walbro F90000285 E85 pump under full control of the ECU? PM4 will let you do that. The ability to use any aftermarket LPFP, while keeping the ECU in complete control of its operation, is a key distinguishing feature not available with any competing LPFP solution
  • Supports big turbo setups by removing the traditional LPFP fueling bottleneck and permitting the fuel system to hold any ECU-requested pressure
  • A truly scalable solution. A single PM4 can drive two LPFPs in parallel Regardless of the preferred fuel system configuration, the ECU retains complete control of the low-pressure fuel system’s operation
  • Works with any LPFP set-up that draws less than 36A at peak load and peak duty. With the PM4 you are not sacrificing future flexibility and limiting your options by using a fueling solution that only lets you use one particular LPFP make/model
  • Works with any ECU tuning package, or even without any ECU tuning at all. With the PM4 you are not limiting your options by using a fueling solution that forces you to use only one vendor’s ECU tuning suite.
  • Compatible with voltage boosting modules and new high-voltage LPFPs rated for up to 20V
  • Integrates seamlessly with the vehicle’s factory electrical systems
  • Supplied with vehicle-specific Plug-n-Play Harness Adapters that transfer maximum power to the LPFP sender through thick 10AWG (5.0mm^2) wires – a feature not available with inferior solutions that reuse the factory PWM control module with its thin factory LPFP wiring
  • Reliable, easy to install and operate.
  • Overdesigned using the highest-quality automotive and industrial grade electronic components that far exceed the operating ratings and endurance of the vehicle’s OEM electronic modules
  • Built and tested in Canada

Torqbyte PM4 is an advanced low-pressure fuel pump (LPFP) driver module designed as a complete Plug-n-Play replacement for the factory VAG fuel pump PWM control module in order to overcome the challenges of increased fueling in VAG returnless direct injection fuel systems where the ECU and the factory fuel pump pulse width modulator (PWM) control module perform closed loop control of the fuel system line pressure.

In the factory configuration, factory fuel pump control module is only capable of supplying enough current to drive the factory in-tank low pressure fuel pump the vehicle was originally equipped with. High capacity aftermarket in-tank fuel pumps generally draw more current than the factory control module was designed to supply.

Using high capacity fuel pumps often overloads the factory LPFP controller and causes it to overheat or overcurrent. This overloading and overheating results in intermittent pump operation, which causes a drop in fuel flow and line pressure as well as dangerous fuel cuts.

Many ECU tuning packages attempt to work around this problem by artificially limiting the maximum pump duty in an attempt to keep the pump current just below the factory controller’s shutdown threshold. This approach leaves a significant percentage of the aftermarket pump’s capacity unused thus defeating the whole purpose behind running a high capacity aftermarket fuel pump.

Torqbyte PM4 provides the best and most effective solution to this problem.

PM4 installs between the ECU and the upgraded fuel sender. PM4 is capable of continuously supplying the aftermarket fuel pump with up to 36A of current. This allows it to drive all of the popular aftermarket pumps such as the Audi TTRS (VAG Part No. 8J0 919 051 E), DeatschWerks DW400, or the Walbro/TIA F90000267/F90000274 (450 LPH), Walbro/TIA F90000285 (520LPH).

While the PM4 does all the heavy lifting in terms of supplying the required current to the aftermarket LPFP, its electronics interface directly with the ECU ensuring no diagnostics trouble codes are generated. Torqbyte’s innovative technical solution implemented in the PM4 allows the ECU to maintain full control of the aftermarket LPFP operation and maintain the closed-loop fuel pressure control mechanism that the vehicle was originally designed with. This crucial feature is something that _none_ of the other LPFP “upgrades” currently on the market are able to offer.

Since the ECU, in a vehicle equipped with a Torqbyte PM4, maintains complete control of the vehicle’s fuel system operation, all the familiar pump operating characteristics are retained, such as system priming when a door is opened. As long as the selected aftermarket LPFP is able to meet the flow and pressure requirements of the user’s desired fueling set-up, any fuel line pressure target requested by the ECU tune will be easily achieved.

Because it interfaces directly with the ECU, PM4 is able to live-stream the ECU command duty as well as pump actual duty, over USB, to a laptop running the Torqbyte TorqVFM application. These logs can be invaluable in identifying tuning issues or diagnosing mechanical fuel system faults.

OEM Brushless to Single or Dual Brushed Pump Conversion

PM4 can also be used when upgrading the fuel system in VAG vehicles that originally came with an OEM brushless pump.

In these vehicles the brushless pump can be removed and replaced with a single or twin high capacity brushed pumps.

PM4 is supplied with Plug-n-Play wiring adapters that connect directly to the vehicle’s factory wiring. PM4 is housed in a rugged extruded aluminum enclosure that makes it suitable for installation under the rear seat.

On the outside, Torqbyte PM4 is enclosed in a thermally-conductive, CNC machined aluminum enclosure that is hard anodized for maximum durability.

On the inside, Torqbyte PM4’s electronics showcase our top two design goals: Quality and Reliability. PM4’s design relies entirely on industrial-grade electronic components from the world’s leading semiconductor companies including Texas Instruments, Infineon Technologies, STMicroelectronics, ON Semiconductor and Vishay Intertechnology.

Torqbyte PM4 kits are supplied with SAE J1127 10AWG SXL and TXL automotive wire with annealed stranded copper conductors and premium-grade abrasion, chemical and moisture resistant, high temperature Crosslinked Polyethylene insulation.

All pump power adapters are supplied with the thickest possible wire gauge for the given connector family ensuring minimum line loses and maximum power transfer to the LPFP.

Vehicle Compatibility

PM4 is available in five kit options that cover most popular VAG application. Please check your factory FPCM and Fuel Pump Connector Part No.s to ensure you are ordering the correct kit.

TorqVFM Software

In the factory configuration the OEM fuel pump control module receives pump duty commands from the ECU and converts them to actual pump duty. The relationship between the ECU-commanded duty and the actual pump duty is called Slope and is fixed for each OEM module part number. There is no way to monitor the ECU-commanded duty or the actual pump duty forcing users to sift though VCDS logs when fueling problems need to be diagnosed.

Torqbyte PM4 also receives its commands directly from the ECU, but allows the user to program in their own custom Slope values that are more or less aggressive than the nominal Slope of a vehicle’s factory module. (Note: PM4 comes pre-programmed with from the factory with the optimal Slope characteristic so no programming is required prior to installation and operation).

PM4 is also equipped with a USB connector that allows it to communicate with a PC running our free TorqVFM software. With the TorqVFM software, the user can test and configure the unit as well as live view or log ECU-commanded duty vs. actual pump duty. PM4 and TorqVFM can be invaluable for diagnosing difficult fueling issues such as inability of the actual LPFP pressure to reach or or stay at the commanded target level.

The PM4 ships from the factory ready to install. Nothing is required to use it. However, if advanced features and functions are required, more information is available on Torqbyte website.

Fallen Angels, fae, vampires, oh my!
Format: Kindle
Rating: 4.5 | Spice: 2 (but a good slow-burn) • Main Characters: Huntyr and Wolf • I couldn’t wait to read this book; there was so much hype about it! And there was no doubt why. I fell in love with the characters and the plot itself. This book is mainly plot driven more than friction driven but it’s easy to follow along with. The characters are fun, easily understood. The main setting is at an academy where both the main characters are going through trials and building strength for the final test, The Transcendent. There are fantastic side characters as well. I loved the camaraderie between Huntyr and her friends. But we don’t like Lanson. 😆 We do have some plot twists that come into play throughout the book. Secrets and betrayal to be seen. I did adore Wolf and Huntyr’s relationship. It was a classic slow burn trope. They didn’t hit it off fast, but in time their feelings grew. I loved their banter, so sexy. Wolf is your next book boyfriend; Huntyr is your next vampire assassin independent bad-a*s female. Themes include loyalty, trust, self-discovery, a true slow burn romance. Side note: book ends on a angsty cliffhanger! • Emily, thank you for writing this awesome novel and I cannot wait to devour Book 2, Blood So Brutal! 😍 • Happy reading, my lovelies! xo

“My heart bows to you and you only, Huntress.”
Format: Kindle
3.5 🌟 This book popped up in my KU recommended reading suggestions and the synopsis sounded like what I was in the mood for. I'm so glad I took a chance on it. I went into this knowing absolutely nothing about it and ended up really liking it. I love when this happens. The main characters are likeable and I easily found myself rooting for them. There is a mystery element to each of their backstories that I enjoyed watching unfold and can't wait to get more of. Wolf, in particular, has me fixated. Love him. I found this to be an entertaining, addictive read with a plot that moves along at a good pace. It reads so easily I found myself very reluctant to put it down. Lots of twists and turns and the angst is there. A good set up for the next book to come, for sure. My issues with this book....the dialogue feels a bit juvenile at times and there is a repetitive over use of a particular word phrasing that I found myself giving the ole eye-roll to. There are, without a doubt, some pretty cliche moments that gave me a bit of the cringe. I think this could've certainly 100% benefited from more depth regarding the world building. Perhaps the world building was sacrificed to keep the pacing quick? Just a guess. Also, the lack of consistency of character for the FMC was really evident and so she feels quite illogical at times. Overall, this was a fun and enjoyable read that hit the spot well enough for me. That ending certainly has me impatiently pining for book 2!

Interesting take on the genre
Format: Kindle
True rating: 3.25 ⭐️ I enjoyed the fresh take on the genre. The best way I could describe the setting and world is an apocalyptic dystopian version of Farie where vampires, fae, and angles struggle to survive in what is left of the world. It was definitely interesting throwing the academy/hunger games aspect into this world as well. Even though I guessed the final reveal early on in the book, I kept hoping I was wrong, and it would take a surprising turn. While the "plot twists" were a bit predictable to me, I still enjoyed the ride this book took me on. Another downfall for me was the plot holes in the world building... I.E. if society has fallen and the world is in the aftermath of war, how are there trains running around the world? Just to take young adults to the trials to get into the golden city? How is the train maintained, the tracks clear, etc? However, I did enjoy the FMC & MMC and thought they were fleshed out nicely. I also enjoyed the side characters but wish some were developed more like Ashalin (sp?). I do find myself rooting for the MCs to succeed and find happiness together, which is obviously an important aspect for romantasy. Overall, was this an earth-shattering, mind-bending, terrific piece of literature? No. But was it the worst thing I've read this year? Also, no. This book has, to me, the bones of a great read & just needs a bit more to push it from an alright book to a great book. Overall ratings: Plot- 3.5⭐️ World building 3⭐️ Spice 2.5 🌶🌶 Main characters 4 ⭐️ Supporting characters 3.5⭐️

great book
Format: Kindle
I am really excited to meet the author at the book retreat this month. I really enjoyed this world that she built and most of the female main character Huntress is so awesome. She goes through a lot in this book and the ending; wow! I wouldn't have even guessed. I highly recommend everyone to read this book. I have been so lucky this year that almost all the books I have read have been, so far, 5 out 5 stars.

Fallen for the Fallen Angel – A Guilty Pleasure Worth Every Page
Format: Kindle
There’s something deeply irresistible about a dark academia or trial-based setting, a brooding and arrogant fallen angel, and a fierce heroine with enough sass to go toe-to-toe with him. Wings So Wicked is exactly that kind of book—and I devoured it in just a couple of days. To be fair, the plot isn’t groundbreaking. If you’re looking for something fresh and innovative in terms of storyline, this might not be it. But if your reader heart beats faster at the mere mention of enemies-to-lovers, jealousy-fueled banter, magical trials, betrayals, and forbidden tension—you’ll feel right at home. It’s like catnip for those of us with this particular weakness. The chemistry between the leads could have used a slightly slower burn to make the tension sizzle longer, but I still found myself completely invested in their dynamic. There are moments and phrases that feel a bit cheesy or underdeveloped, but honestly? I didn’t care. The vibes were exactly what I wanted. This book isn’t trying to reinvent the genre—it’s here to give readers like me what we crave: high-stakes magical drama, angsty romance, and the thrill of watching a badass girl and her brooding counterpart clash and spark. If that sounds like your kind of story, Wings So Wicked will hit the mark. Here’s hoping Book 2 turns up the heat and keeps the magic alive.
