Chill up to 200 lb. of food from 135 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit in just 140 minutes with this Traulsen TBC13 reach-in blast chiller with label printer. Quickly and efficiently cool your food through the temperature danger zone to protect meats, fish, and other foods from bacteria that could cause food-borne illness. Adjust the chill cycles or product target temperatures from 40 to -5 degrees Fahrenheit easily with the intuitive touch screen control and automatic or manual operation. This blast chiller can accommodate up to (26) 12″ x 20″ x 2 1/2″ deep pans or (13) 18″ x 26″ full size pans.

ALL USED OR REFURBISHED ITEMS SOLD WILL HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY, IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED THERE IS A 20% RESTOCK ON ALL ITEMS AND BUYER MUST PAY FOR THE ITEM TO BE SHIPPED BACK. IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
