After the juggle of the summer and now the rush of September routines, the juggle of school runs, endless to-dos, and the constant “always on” pace, it’s no wonder many of us arrive in October already running on empty. Exhaustion, overwhelm, anxiety, and high cortisol creep in, leaving you stretched thin.
That’s why I created October Reset: Pause, Breathe, Restore— a gentle, in-person breathwork session designed to help you pause, breathe, and feel calm again. This is your hour with no demands — just space to reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
Through guided breathwork and grounding practices, you’ll leave feeling calmer, less anxious, and more like yourself again. Most importantly, you’ll take home simple tools you can use whenever life feels too much — to lower cortisol, ease overwhelm, and restore balance.
And the best part? You’ll be in the company of other like-minded mums who truly get it. 💛
What to Expect
- A warm welcome in a peaceful, nurturing space
- 30–40 minutes of guided breathwork (no experience needed)
- Gentle grounding techniques to support emotional regulation
