1980年代モネのタイガーアイイヤリング。シルバートーンの石枠にカボションカットの大粒フェイクタイガーアイがセッティングされた、すっきりと洗練されたデザイン。艶めくサンドブラウンのストーンに、本物のタイガーアイを思わせる強いキャッツアイが浮かびます。遠目から見ても美しいその光の帯が、お顔周りを印象的に彩るお品。ニュートラルな色味とシンプルなデザインで、日常使いにぴったりです。
MONETのイヤリングは、耳たぶの厚さに合わせて留め具を調整・固定できる構造のため、耳たぶにフィットして締め付け感がなく、一日中着けていても痛くなりづらいのもポイントです。(写真4、5枚目)

【MONET(モネ)とは】
1927年にアメリカ・ロードアイランド州で設立されたコスチュームジュエリーブランド。当初はモノクラフト製品会社で、女性のハンドバッグ用に金メッキと銀メッキのモノグラム銘板を製造していました。1937年にコスチュームジュエリーの制作を開始して大手ブランドに成長し、1982年にはイヴ・サンローランのジュエリーもプロデュース。特にクリップタイプのイヤリングは、耳が痛くならないことで大人気でした。その品質の高さとエレガントなデザインは、現在も世界中のコレクターに愛されています。
