This Fender Custom Shop '57 Stratocaster is assembled with an alder body and a maple 5/4 quarter sawn maple neck in a '57 Style Soft "V" profile. The body of this Stratocaster is designed with a Fender Custom Shop Relic finish treatment to create the visual and tangible experience of a worn-in yet well-loved instrument. The back of the neck is also treated with a Fender Custom Shop Heavy Relic finish treatment for a unique feel in hand. Twenty-one frets line the fingerboard. Three hand-wound '57 Relic Stratocaster single-coil pickups are loaded into this Custom Shop, the middle pickup being wound in reverse, reverse polarity. The unique assortment of features this Custom Shop Stratocaster has to offer makes it captivating visually and audibly.
