Notes
- Ford recommends replacing the pitman arm nut after each removal
- If installed on a truck with a top-mounted overload spring, an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8" (UBT4027, Qty 4) is required
- Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft (gas only)
- Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper
- If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402)
- Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift; final height matches standard models
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance; use the recommended wheel and tire fitment specs
- Minor trimming may be necessary for 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs
- Some trucks with rear driveline vibration may have Ford Safety Recall 21S31; BDS recommends having it performed before installing the lift

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Adjustable and Better Than Most I’ve Tried

I’m a really tough pillow critic and have a hard time finding one I actually like. With that said, this pillow was better than a lot of others I’ve tried—mainly because you can remove some of the latex shavings to adjust the firmness. I ended up taking out about 20% (do it over a big trash can because the shavings can get messy!).
When it arrived it was too firm for me, which is why I had to take some filling out. Even after adjusting it, it’s still not my absolute favorite pillow, but I do use it every night as a “hug” pillow and it works great for that. I think people who aren’t as picky as I am will probably really enjoy it, especially since you can customize the amount of latex to get it just right.
I’d give it 3.5 stars, but rounded up to 4.

Dream pillow
I’ve been using latex pillows for over 30 years, and I can’t find them in local stores anymore. I’ve been needing to replace my pillow and finally decided to try this one. There are so many options on Amazon that it’s overwhelming. But this standard low loft pillow ended up being PERFECT. It feels amazing and just like the pillows I’ve been using since childhood. It is soft but cradles my head and neck perfectly. For me, it’s like sleeping on a gentle cloud. Very happy with my purchase. (Yes, it does have a slight latex odor. That is normal due to the material. It’s not very strong and it doesn’t bother me).

Great latex pillow

This review is for the biamktp queen pillow. Medium firmness. Finally a latex pillow worth keeping. After trying many other latex pillows I'm finally sleeping comfortably. This pillow is soft, yet firm enough to give your head support. I'm not having any neck or shoulder pain when I wake up. I'm sleep on my side about 95% of the time. 5% on my back. I've been sleeping with this pillow for about 10 days and still am happy with it. It was delivered on time, absolutely no odor and it has a removable cover. I highly recommend it.
