Circlip pliers are specialized hand tools designed for installing or removing circlips, which are ring-shaped fasteners used to secure components on a shaft or within a bore. These pliers have straight, parallel jaws designed to compress the circlip's ends, allowing it to be installed onto a shaft or removed from one.

  • The sturdy snap ring pliers are designed to squeeze internal snap rings (circlips) from 19mm to 60mm (3/4 in to 2 3/8 in) ID
  • The heavy jaws taper down to 5/64 in (1.9mm) diameter pins and are angled to work with the plier handles perpendicular to the shaft
