The forces of the Soviet Bloc are hell-bent on sourcing their own Rift, but they are not without their own Rift ‘gifts’, gleaned from agents embedded deep in the scientific institutions of their hated foes. The renewed might of the Soviet war machine is powered by armoured walkers, terrifying genetic creations, and almost unparalleled manpower.

The Soviet Bloc starter army is a perfect way to get started with a new army in Konflikt ’47, containing several signature Soviet units, complete with Order and Rift Dice.

At the centred of the force is an Assault Platoon featuring two units of Ursus infantry, huge, utterly terrifying, and all but unstoppable at close quarters, equally capable of tearing flesh and armour to shreds. They are supported by a squad of Moroz Gul, who chill the very air around them and unleash Killing Mists that render a foe unable to fight back. The platoon is led by a Platoon Commander, waving a banner of the Soviet Bloc (this sculpt is exclusive to this set).

An Armoured Platoon is also included, buoyed by the slow, yet heavily armoured ‘Molot’ walker, capable of dishing out high-calibre punishment to enemy vehicles. Finally a T34-ZP, a traditional tank modified with the Rift-derived Zvukovoy Preyektor weapon unleashes morale-shattering shockwaves across the battlefield.

Konflikt '47 is the game of heroes, horrors, monsters, and mechs, putting you in command of the nightmarish struggle for supremacy as the old world is torn apart and remade in blood and crackling energy. Fast-paced, lethal gameplay provides countless cinematic moments, with fluctuating Rift energies and the ever-present fog of war ensuring that no two games are ever the same, and the outcome is never guaranteed. Heroes and villains on each side lend their unique abilities to turn the tide of battle, as mechs and monsters face off in brutal contests of flesh versus steel.

This is not war. This is the end.
