This Old Brass Traditional Plate 4 Gang Switch With 1 Intermediate (3 x 2 Way Switch with 1 Intermediate) has an old brass finish that has been carefully matched to original pieces of Edwardian brass work such as door handles and cabinetry details, giving a faithful representation of oxidised, un-polished, timeworn brass, with a rich, sumptuous honey matt patina. This means that no two plates look exactly the same, adding to their authentic look.

This 4 Gang Switch With 1 Intermediate is made up of 3 x 2 way light switches with 1x intermediate using grid switches, so you can choose where each switch module goes. For convenience these items are provided separately. This allows the installer to determine the most appropriate sequence for items to be assembled on the plate based on room layout and required operation.

A must buy for the littles this winter.

Frostfire is a must buy for the littles this winter. I read through it once myself and absolutely loved the story and especially the illustrations. A very classic, winter whimsy. The second time I read Frostfire was with my 3 and 5 year olds. They also enjoyed it and had quite the debate over whether the snow dragon would be real. The 3 year old won! Looking forward to this book's release and coming across some frostfire in the real world this winter. Thanks to Penguin Random House Canada, Tundra Books and NetGalley for the eARC!

atmospheric illustrations and a story about sharing imagination

I received this book as part of the LibraryThing EarlyReviewer program. The illustrations are photographs of collage, with some digital editing to add snow effects. It's a bit of an atmospheric "kids go for a walk in the snow" book, a la The Snowy Day, but for older kids. I liked how there was a subtle background story about children trying to navigate having slightly conflicting imaginative stories. It can be a challenge for a kid to learn how to do this when playing with others. The illustrations of the dragon especially were a wonderful surprise. My 8 year old loved the book and is happy that we get to keep it.

I was immediately drawn to this book by the bewitching title and exquisite artwork. We follow two sisters, Celeste and Miriam, on their garden adventure in the magical snow. This story was the perfect length, with enchanting drawings and an adorable plot with charming sisters. Such a joy to read I will definitely be looking forward to reading this book with my daughter. I could see it being a winter favorite.
