Good/VG vintage condition with minor -to- moderate overall wear from normal use and exposure to the elements over the years. NO major breaks or repairs. Some very minor splits/cracks in the very old & dry wood. Original cast iron latching/closing system works. Superb, rich patina to all material throughout. See pics.
