Quiet and Effective frother/mixer and Terrific Customer Service
Zulay Kitchen Powerful Milk Frother Wand
We ordered two Zulay frother wands and after just several months of continuous usage one of the units stopped working and the other one was sporadically working, where sometimes it would run โfull powerโ and at other times it was barely spinning or turning the beverage.
I called Zulay and gave them my Amazon order number. After the Customer Service rep walked me through some minor things to check on the units she was also convinced that the units were probably defective. She had a replacement sent from Zulay along with a mini as a bonus for our troubles! And she had Amazon ship the other replacement unit.
Both shipments arrived promptly within days and we have been using them for months now without any major issues. We use the units (the two โstandardโ wands) almost every day and they get used two to three times a day. They only take ten to twenty seconds to mix up cocoa powder, hot or cold. And the same goes for different protein powder shakes.
What I especially like about these units is that there have been many times when I have had to use them off-hours, like between 5:00 and 6:00 AM. They are Whisper quiet so nobody gets disturbed. One generally canโt do this level of quiet stirring/mixing with a kitchen hand blender/mixer or shake blenders. These Zulay mixing units have really come in โhandyโ for us.
We are very Grateful to Amazon for their prompt delivery, and especially to the Customer Service representative at Zulay for her help, and to Zulay for standing behind their products and providing us with terrific and prompt Customer Service! Thank you!

Great look and very powerful - consider what your wanting to froth/mix - may be too powerful

It's a great frother - but more for large drinks. Very powerful, even on the low speed. I returned it because I want something to mix my collagen and creamer in my coffee. The first time I turned it on it shot half the coffee out of the cup - very powerful. It has a great look, sleek and fits easy in the hand - but for what I needed, two powerful. It would have been nice to have a fully adjustable speed wand like my replaceable battery powered frother.

Powerful, rechargeable battery, easy to use & clean

2 speeds, easy to change back and forth to different speeds with one click , easily blends 1/4 cup protein powder in 12 oz milk on low speed. Easy to clean: Stick blending wand in tall glass with warm water + dish soap, turn on low speed to clean easily (donโt stick the part that holds the battery in glass). Also of note, chosen by Americas Test Kitchen as best milk frother but I use it to make protein shakes.
