Indications for use: Kyro-Quick Stain is a fast-acting stain utilized for blood differential counts and general cytology purposes.
Application: You will require 3 Coplin jars, each containing a different solution.
• Immerse the dried smear in the Fixative solution 4-5 times, then wash with gentle running water.
• Immerse the slide in Solution I, then wash with water.
• Immerse the slide in Solution 2, then wash with water.
• Allow to air dry before examining under the microscope.
Ensure to close the lids on Coplin jars to avoid evaporation between uses. Replace solutions when staining quality declines, as this may indicate contamination.
Storage: Keep below 25°C and away from direct sunlight.
