2,000mg ACV with the Mother plus chromium and piperine

Metabolic Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules are a no-stim way to support your metabolism, centered on getting you the real perks of apple cider vinegar in easy capsules, then adding in extras for hunger control, blood sugar steadiness, a bit of heat for burning calories, and better absorption. It's not some overloaded fat burner. It's a straightforward four-ingredient setup for everyday use.

The star is 2,000mg organic apple cider vinegar with the Mother in each 3-capsule dose. Studies on liquid vinegar talk about how it and acetic acid (the main acid in it) can slow down how fast your stomach empties, ease blood sugar spikes after eating, curb appetite, and make you feel fuller to eat smarter. Capsules aren't exactly like liquid in the research, so keep that in mind. What stands out here is the solid gram-level dose—not the weak 500mg you see everywhere. At 2,000mg, this is a legit daily ACV option, not just window dressing.

Cayenne pepper at 75mg, standardized to 40,000 heat units, brings the heat for metabolism. Capsaicinoids in cayenne hit TRPV1 receptors—that's why spicy stuff feels hot, ramps up hormones like catecholamines, and gives a small boost to burning calories and energy use. It's not a huge dose that'll upset your stomach, but it's a smart add for a daily formula. You'll probably feel it as a gentle warmth or a slight edge with your diet, not like a big energy surge.

Chromium polynicotinate at 300mcg is a smart pick here. Chromium helps with insulin signaling and how your body processes carbs, and this form is popular in supplements for managing glucose because

Key Highlights

  • 2,000mg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother per serving — that's a real, hefty dose, way better than the skimpy 400-500mg capsules out there. It counts because people grab ACV for feeling full, gut help, and better meal control, and you need a solid amount for that, not just hype.
  • Capsules fix the main hassle with ACV: drinking it daily. You get an easy, portable way to do it without the sour taste, throat sting, or worries about your teeth from liquid shots.
  • 300mcg Chromium Polynicotinate adds real metabolic punch over plain ACV stuff. Chromium ties into insulin and carb handling, which is spot-on if you're dealing with cravings, after-meal vibes, and sticking to your body goals.
  • 75mg Cayenne Pepper standardized to 40,000 HU throws in a focused metabolism boost. Capsaicinoids work with TRPV1 receptors for a mild calorie-burn uptick, giving this a smart edge without stims.
  • 15mg Black Pepper Extract standardized to 95% piperine is a solid dose for absorption. Piperine helps your body take in the ingredients better, so the whole formula hits harder instead of just sitting on the label.
  • Fully open label with no prop blends. Every ingredient and dose is right there, so you can check it against what's out there and the real research.
  • No stims means no caffeine, no crashes, no messing with your sleep. Easy to pop in the morning, with food, or even with your coffee without overdoing it.
  • It's all about how these ingredients team up, not hype. Apple cider vinegar handles fullness and meal support, chromium hits glucose stuff, cayenne boosts heat, and piperine amps up absorption.

Who Is This For?

  • Folks who want apple cider vinegar perks but skip daily liquid drinks. The 2,000mg capsules make it easy to add ACV without taste, acid, or hassle.
  • Dieters chasing appetite control and meal smarts over harsh stim burners. ACV with the Mother and 300mcg chromium polynicotinate fit because they target fullness and glucose over caffeine crutches.
  • People with cravings or energy dips after carb meals. 300mcg chromium polynicotinate is dosed right for insulin and carb support, making this smarter than basic ACV.
  • Busy types wanting a quick morning capsule ritual for gut, metabolism, and sticking with it. Three caps pair easy with breakfast, stim-free so no sleep or caffeine clashes.
  • Cardio or fitness fans in a calorie cut needing no-jitter help. Cayenne adds mild heat, while ACV and chromium keep it on appetite and metabolism without brain buzz.
  • Wellness buyers who like clear labels and easy formulas. Full disclosure on all four ingredients and doses beats vague detox mixes and weak ACV caps.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules daily with 8 to 12 ounces of water. Ideal spot is 10 to 20 minutes before a meal, since ACV and chromium shine for appetite and after-meal metabolism. If ACV supps or cayenne are new or your gut's sensitive, ease in with 1 to 2 capsules with food for a few days, then go full. Capsules mean no mixing—just drink water. With a meal can be easier on the stomach; before might help more with hunger. Stacks great with protein, creatine, greens, and no-stim wellness; fine with coffee too since zero caffeine. No cycling needed—no stims or hormones. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight for fresh capsules.

What to Expect

First 10 minutes, you might not feel much beyond swallowing the capsules, especially with water before eating. From 10 to 30 minutes, if you're sensitive, a light warmth from cayenne or a subtle appetite settle could show up heading into the meal. During the meal, it's about control—no stim lift, no drop, no heart race. Over the first week, it's mostly about the routine: same time daily helps lock in better eating. By weeks 2 to 4, if you're watching calories and food, you'll spot steadier hunger, fewer slip-ups, and a smoother nutrition flow. It's build-up support, not instant fireworks.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much apple cider vinegar is in each serving?

Each full serving of 3 capsules provides 2,000mg of organic apple cider vinegar with the Mother. That is a meaningful gram-level serving and substantially stronger than the low-dose single-capsule ACV products common in this category.

Does this product contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. Metabolic Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules are completely stimulant-free, so you do not get caffeine, jitters, or a crash. The formula uses cayenne for mild thermogenic support instead of relying on stimulants.

What does chromium polynicotinate do in this formula?

Chromium polynicotinate at 300mcg is included to support insulin signaling and carbohydrate metabolism. It gives the product more metabolic credibility than ACV-only formulas, especially for users focused on appetite control and post-meal stability.

When should I take these capsules?

The most practical use is 3 capsules 10 to 20 minutes before a meal, especially breakfast or your largest carb-containing meal. If you have a sensitive stomach, take them with food instead of before food.

Will I feel this working right away?

Probably not in the way you would feel a pre-workout or stimulant fat burner. This formula is subtle by design; some users notice mild warmth from cayenne or better appetite control around meals, but the main value shows up through daily consistency over several weeks.

Why is black pepper extract included at 15mg?

The black pepper extract is standardized to 95% piperine and included to support bioavailability. Piperine is widely used to help improve absorption efficiency, which makes the overall formula more functional than ACV products that stop at vinegar alone.

Is this better than drinking liquid apple cider vinegar?

It is more convenient and much easier to use consistently, which is a major practical advantage. The scientific literature on vinegar is historically stronger for liquid forms, but this capsule gives you a serious 2,000mg ACV serving without the taste, acidity, or routine friction of liquid vinegar shots.

Can I stack this with coffee or a thermogenic?

Yes, it can be taken with coffee because it contains no caffeine. If stacking with a separate thermogenic, check the full formula first—this product already includes cayenne and piperine, so users sensitive to spicy ingredients or absorption enhancers should avoid overcomplicating the stack.

Is this formula vegan and allergen-friendly?

Yes, the product is marketed as vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. The disclosed inactive ingredient is silicon dioxide, and no major allergen ingredients are indicated in the provided data.

Do I need to cycle this product?

No cycling is required. Because the formula is stimulant-free and not hormone-based, it is designed for continuous daily use as part of a long-term nutrition and wellness routine.

Not a bad start

3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
